Blimey. Glad I didn't bother with their sales...
  • I bought from the sales :( One item has been dispatched and the postage i paid appears to of been split . So item i bought was £9 postage is £1.16
    Total £10.16
I then tried to buy from Lakeland online and it wouldn't go thro

M &S have put a hold on the amount they sent me 7 times !!!
So i have paid for the item. Then they have £10.16 x 6 on hold

Other items i am waiting for are £6 plus the remainder of the postage

I am not sure what to do. My bank said they cannot release the funds until M &S have had time to claim the amount.Even tho they can see i have paid them

Its a nightmare .I will never buy from them online again. Only reason i have been online sales shopping is because i am housebound with a broken leg !!
furrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:
About me. Im Choccy or Chocolate orange depending on where i am.Yes occasionally i am a total looon who spends too long online, but no where near as much £ as her spendy elves do ..:D

 I am so frustrated with M&S. After a long argument with their CS on Saturday they refunded the delivery charge they had added when they cancelled most of my order (causing it to fall below £30).

Yesterday they cancelled some more items and added the delivery charge again:mad:

I've had 85% of my order cancelled and I doubt I'll get the rest so a complete waste of time all round.

They are alienating so many customers by doing this.

"M & S Hit by poor Christmas Sales" - well are we surprised after the way they treated us this Christmas:o?

Anyway, I did use my £15 discount (which included postage underware & socks to keep me going through 2008!)....
