    Did you have standard delivery or did you pay more to get it quicker?
    It's just that I got a despatch email on the 30th nov saying my order had been despatched and that the EDD id the 12th dec!!

    It was standard delivery - i had a code to get it for free.

  • i ordered some m&s chairs august bank holiday 4 dining chairs 20%off through quidco, well they never arrived , just money put back in account no email or call, so i phoned three times over following weeks and then spoke to trading standards, they explained that the chairs were mispriced and 20%off and quidco made a loss for m&s not proffit, i had a case!! as they were oviosly not replying to my letters or calls and knew if i recieved the chairs they would sell at a loss, trading standards contacted them and next day my chairs arrived free!! but i'd never ever buy again online at m&s it was stressfull.

    Hi Wig,

    I think M & S are running a system that is not "live". It's system says stock is available and it isn't. I don't hate M & S but I no longer trust them and I will not buy from them online again when it matters. Only when I'm quite happy to accept pot luck, which is all I think they are offering. To sit and spend a couple of hours picking from stock that doesn't actually exist is quite a disturbing experience.....:eek:

    Anyway, I have heard nothing from them since I have told them (by e mail) that I managed to redo this order and that they appeared to still be selling all the stuff that they say is out of stock....I have written them a letter too...However, from what everyone else says I'm not really expecting an answer. I am thinking of going to watchdog though;)
