Jenni_D said:What stage does your MCOL account say you are at?1. You filed AoS on (DATE)2. Claimant filed a DQ on (DATE)Nothing else so far on MCOL - checked just before sending this post. It seems I should expect a CCBC's DQ form shortly. Anyway, I already have 2 copies of DQ filled in and ready to send to a claimant and CCBC.0

Yes, that's why I am waiting for CCBC's letter with a DQ form request. Of course I'm not only waiting for that letter, I try to be at least one step ahead and I have already prepared my witness statement (which is mostly a repeated story of para 3 of defence) and the evidence (photos from the car park, signage etc).
