Many thanks, Coupon-mad - and really apologise for such a basic questions. What I found is that NEWBIE topic says: "A SAR is free. Ask for (as a minimum):", however, it does not correspond with the PPC's privacy policy, which says about the fee for dealing with such requests. Does PPC act within the law requesting any fees for SAR?

No, there are no fees. Crack on!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There are no fees
There are no fees
If they try t charge a fee, you report them for a criminal offence and you sue them
Look up tyhe law if you have any doubts.3 -
Okay, many thanks for the advice guys! I have just sent SAR to a PPC via emai and also, an information about that to the DCBlegal. What I understand from NEWBIE topic, I must now wait for the answer from PPC and expect DCBlegal to put the case on hold for at least 30 days. What is the next step after receiving the data I requested in SAR? Just wait for the court case letter?

Yes that's right but read a load of DCBLegal court claim threads while you wait, because this has been done to death and we win. You will learn most from other threads, not your own.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

To complete the SAR they now request my driving license scan. Should I send it to them?

In my opinion, you should not.PCNcollector said:To complete the SAR they now request my driving license scan. Should I send it to them?
What identification, if any, did you send with your request?
They do have to ensure they are sending personal information to the right person, but a Driving Licence also contains a picture and Date of Birth - too much information.
Send them a redacted copy of a couple of utility bills to prove you are who you say you are.4 -
Thank you. I have sent my full name, address, phone and PCN ref. no. in my SAR request. Can I send an edited photocopy of my (UE) driving license, which will have a DOB and eyes on my photo covered (blacked out)?

are you being stupid or is it april 1st1

I would send them a copy of the Parking Charge Notice and a copy of the vehicle's Registration Document (V5c).
No-one else but you will have those and there is nothing on them that they don't already know.3
