Well, here's a suggestion from .gov.uk for a simple face covering made from a tee shirt. Very tempted ...

There is a video on social media showing a comfy looking face covering made from a sock.

No sewing and just a few snips with scissors.

Yes Twin2 has done this, she said that it hurt her ears too!
I will fulfill the orders I have but I will experiment with some offcuts and see if I can make the more structured ones, and see how they can be viable to make.
I have to make sure that I can still earn a living in and around the demands for scrubs and masks, as I will need to future proof my business.
DS normally goes shopping on a Wednesday, but he didn't go yesterday so I have just realised that I am out of the packed Lunch stuff and brioche the boys have in the morning, so I just managed to make toast from the last of the bread.
so it looks like two trips to the schools after a trip to Tesco after drop off.
I have told DS he needs to make an appointment with the doctors as it is not right to have such a bad stomach/ visit to the loo etc that it keeps him out of action for days.
DGD is slowly opening up, and talking to me. She has a lot of emotions and hormonal things going on in her little head. So accessing the help as soon as possible I feel is super important.
right toast went down well, now a bit of cereal, at least I have plenty of milk and chocolate hoops!!
I wonder if I made a quick tuna and sweet corn pasta if the boys would eat that in their lunches?
I know DGd likes it .
I will go put some pasta on now.
I might get a brain wave about what else I can create from the weird and wonderful stuff I have received in the care package we got at the beginning when we were self isolating when the boys had coughs etc.
Have a good day everyone. It's cold but the sun is out here.

I'm glad that your GD is starting to open up, adolescence is difficult at the best of times!

We are all keeping calm and carrying on.
but it has been a struggle to keep on task. Just before I started the the last set of scrubs that was a special size I realised I had made a mistake with the pattern, unfortunately after it was cut out, so it has been a nightmare trying to get my head around what I did incorrectly and try to sort it as I am running out of the fabric.
I think I pushed my hand too far, it has ballooned this evening.
Dgd is slowly continuing to do her work but it is definitely slower than I would like.
I am going to bed now, I need pain killers. Night
