I no longer know what normal is!
But we are becoming quite a little family and the boys call this home and not granny's house these days. 

As I write this the two boys are laughing and giggling away in the front room. 

We have holiday club today and tomorrow. So I can get the last few things I need.

Sitting in peace and quiet with a cup of tea and the news.
 The boys will be home today, and it will probably be noisy, and chaotic.
So while the girls are asleep still, I am savouring the peace.

Enjoy the peace and quiet Savvy. I was home alone for the first time ever yesterday. It felt odd . I watched the new Call the Midwife christmas episode and thought it was the best so far. Very cleverly filmed during the pandemic . Only a few times I could spot the social distancing.

Happy New Year to one and all.

The one thing 2020 taught me is that I am stronger than I think.

We move into the year at a slower pace, and with the knowledge that this too shall pass. For now it is about taking the time to notice the little things and to continue to build the bonds of our little family.
