I'm one of the silent followers, I don't post as I never feel I've got anything useful to say, but I really admire how you keep going through everything over the past years.  My DS is was born about the same time as your older DGS who lives with you so I've always been interested in him, and have felt so sad for you all with all that has happened.

Wishing you really well for the future and glad you've found a source of support, absolutely do what is best for you and your well-being.

I follow your story. I’m sorry you were hurt by some comments. I know you are motivated by love for your family. Life has thrown you so many curved balls but you keep going. I admire your courage, many would have folded by now. I wish you and your family well.

Another one of your silent followers.  It is always very easy to make comments when it is not your own life, easy to be wise after the event.  My good friend is a Foster carer & I know from her experiences that Social services are doing their best but often promise support/guidance etc that is not delivered or at least not in a timely manner.  
I wish you & all the family well & hope proper support is finally on its way.  You are making a difference to the children's lives every day.
