It doesn’t take long at all, so I’m sure you will be fine. Longest one of ours has taken is 24 hours, but they are usually much faster than that.I hope you enjoy your first visit. We love the place, but will wait a while before re-booking.1

Our Vegas trip was due to fly out on the 17th March...the first day of no flying to the states.
Tried getting in touch with insurance company, and other companies we used regarding refunds, but not much success with any of them...just a heads up for those who will soon attempt to claw any cash back from paid for trips.Getting a refund at this time isn’t really the most important thing in anyone’s life, and we have decided to leave it for now.But I would still like to be able to get recompense somewhere down the line.
We have another trip booked in October to the West Coast, and to be honest I’m not really expecting to go on that one either...even if you are allowed to fly by then, don’t think I’ll want to take the chance.
deejaybee...interested to know, when was your Flybe due to go, and was refund paid without hassle ?
Our Vegas flights for 17th March were with Virgin, and paid for with VA credit card. But no nearer getting refund from them.0 -
@Brats64 ours were with virgin using their card too. They told me to expect to wait up to 90 days for the refund.1

Our Vegas flights for 17th March were with Virgin, and paid for with VA credit card. But no nearer getting refund from them.Hi Brats64 : The Flybe flights were due on Sept 10th & 19th this year. Not long after Flybe went down pan, I had a text from Virgin , cant remember exact wording, but that they had seen that we had paid for Flybe tickets on Virgin card, and they would be in touch soon. Not long after that i had an email from them requesting info, such as transaction dates, value, copies of booking invoices etc, which i had to post off to them ( to PO BOX 10234, Wigston LE18 9FA )Then confirmation letter confirming they had credited my account. At no stage did i have to chase them, and the initial contact was instigated by them - so i was very impressed..Phone No on my letter is 0800 011 3210 , if that helps.2 -
