    hey ladies :)

sorting it - re. 5 a day - when you cook veg why not cook more than you need so you can just pop it in micro for niext day and you dont have hassle of preparing it ?
i always keep a tub of fresh mixed salad in the fridge so if im peckish a bowl of salad with some grated cheese on sorts me out
also what about hidden veg - when making pasta sauce bulking out with mushrooms peppers carrots etc ?

roxie i doubt you have any veg left at mealtimes im guessing ? but lasagne AND chips ??

come on ladies you have been doing great so far so lets think lots of postive vibes and get back on board :):):)

    Morning,

Well up early as couldn't sleep so thought would post whist drinking a cuppa.

Thanks Daisy for the motivation and great ideas with veg and salad. Will give that a go. Am pre-planning today in an attempt to get back on track.

Roxie - think I would have been the same as you if I had any wine in last night :-)

Plan is to start work 7:30 today to try and clear some of that work piling up.

So - food to be today......

    Breakfast - Bowl muesli
Lunch - Fresh tomato soup/1 slice wholegrain bread
Dinner - Salmon, veg and small portion of new potatoes.
Snacks - apple and kiwi fruit.

If I can stick to that then it's an achievement for me!! Also plan on doing an exercise dvd this evening for exercise or go for a run, pending weather.

I am starting to think I should have stayed in bed now, must get on and do something to keep me going.

    Have a good day :-)
  • So far so good, given that I have been up since 5am!!

    Have had,

    Breakfast - bowl muesli
snacks - banana & cereal bar.

Posting as I go along to keep me motivated or I might be tempted to be bad!
  • So annoyed!!!! The only thing holding up flat is a ref from landlady who noone (including me) can get hold of!!! It's so annoying as she is the one who has decided to sell and given us until 1st June but doesn't respond to calls or mail sent from referencing dept re letting of new property. Maybe she is on her hols as she is really nice. Just frustrating as just need to know we have flat so we can plan move.

    Sorry rant over!

hi hon - grrrrr v annoying. maybe she is on her hols - or maybe she's thinking about not selling and buying herself some time to mull it over. in this climate, it makes sense that she'd be having second thoughts!

pouring down with rain here - just got soaked taking todd to school. Times like these I wish I had my own car but the expense of it just doesnt equate to the use i'd get so its a no go. just eating my weight watchers soup - its delish- not! (oooh i regressed back to my school days!)

After the half glass of wine last night I had half a dairy milk bar - at least i'm doing things in half measures!! i have another incentive to cut down the food - dod you see on the news? apparantly, women who have girls consume less calories - though victoria beckham must be the exception to the rule then!!

hey dais - wasnt that bad honest, half my plate was veg and i just had a small piece of lasagne and a handful of chips :A

ahem ....so what is choccie then ?? cos it aint good my lovie !!! lol

sorting it - check in please - would like confirmation of dinner as planned it was excellent !!

remember the receotion job ? have since found out its been advertised internally at 2 other leisure centres and a couple of unexpected applicants have popped up where i work already so am not so optermistic now - could really do with it as hub lost his 15k bonus and thats our fun money !!
oh and 4 weeks yesterday till a fortnight in portugal - not that im not counting the days or anything !! after the disappointment of the skiing trip at easter its become even more important
the friends we were meant to be skiing with have invited us to a spring ball near there home in blackpool in a few weeks as a treat as a way of making up for the other so been trying to get a personal shopper appointment to buy a posh frock in debenhams but they can only offer me an appointment for the week of the do - leaves it a bit close i think so will go it alone

    what do you reckon ....
