no probs hon, glad you had a nice we/end. i;d love to be a lifecoach btw but dont think i have the required qualification ie having your own life sorted first!!
good w/end - took the boys out on their bikes yesterday and just chilled at home today and had a sunday roast yuuuummmm. D is winding me up thou - havent asked him to do a single thing all day - his only household chore is doing the washing up on the weekend BUT he always leaves something and it totally makes me crazy. its usually something really manky too - like today he left the chicken plate (complete with carcass) rotting on the dining room table. Cleared and washed everything else, but left that for some unknown reason. Then I made him remove the carcass so he looks in the kitchen bin which is full, so puts it in a bin bag and takes it outside ermmm hellooooo could you not have taken the full bin bag out with you???? Then he leaves the manky plate on the table! Then, he only takes his own ironed clohes upstairs, leaving mine and the boys grrrrrrr. Its just pure laziness and it makes me so mad. If I could bear to look at the rotting chicken I'd have just ignored it and see how long it took him!MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j

D sounds just like my A. Before going to work he was looking for his bag - stressing because he couldn't find it and then said 'are you going to' and stopped short realising that he was just about to say 'are you going to give this place a tidy'!!!! He's lucky he didn't say it - we did giggle about it but A is lazy too at this moment there is an empty yoghurt pot on his bedside table from when he came in from work early hours this morning....i'm tempted to leave it so he has to face it but I know if will probably just sit there. Men eh!!
Think I am going to have to hit my bed as flaking now!0 -
Afternoon all,
Can't believe it has gone 3pm already - where has the day gone!
Must say feel like I have woken up a different person today and it's great :-)
Been really pro-active with work and even working through til 8pm tonight to get a couple of hours overtime. All helps with this debt busting which I have been neglecting somewhat.
Roxie - been taking a bit of your advice today too. I have written/got a notepad open with brainstorming session and adding things too it that I want to do/achieve etc. Going to do that for rest of this week and then start putting things into action and forward plan a little. Must say it's helped a lot already in identifying my priorities and what I want to achieve. Thank you!!
Diet - very good today too :-)
Breakfast - Muesli and coffee.
Snack - low fat yoghurt
Lunch - beans on toast (1 slice wholegrain)
Snack - cereal bar
Dinner - sweet and sour chicken - probably do small portion of noodles or rice to go with for me.
Working late so no gym for me but going to do an exercise dvd or go for 15min run. May even be brave and enter myself for the Great South Run in October as that will give me something to work toward and maybe even beat my time I ran it in last year.0 -
NSD for me today - yey! Although it has to be as we totally spent up at the w/end with a trip to toysrus as the boys had gained all the stars on their charts. Was a bit too soft and let then have a toy that was about double the price of what I was intending. D and I also went to the pics to see the eye, which was nice as we've not been in absolutely ages - film was a bit scary thou!
hey SI - well done with the diet. I've gone abit to pot (well it feels like it as I'm back on the wine. Not eating choc thou). Thou yesterday I ate half a tub of haagen daaz whilst watching in her shoes on tv.
Food today
Brekkie - yogurt, then muesli
Lunch - ham salad (no dressing!!)
Tea - sausage casserole (basically, sausages, pots, carrots, beans, stock)
snacks - non
drinks - 2 glass vin rouge
So I feel like I've gone to pot but its only cos of the wine, today hasn't been that bad food wise at all!
So glad you're feeling better - my plan scared the heck out of me as I'll be 34 by the end of it - with 2teenage sons!!!MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j

When you put it like that it is scary isn't it! Bet you don't want the boys to grow up. If I have my way, I will probably be 34 with a new baby...probably still posting on here and asking you what they hell am I doing!! He he, just kidding!! 34 is only just over 4 years away for me, now that is scary!!!!!!!
You are doing great with the diet. I am the same with beer as you are with vino. I just don't buy it and then I can't have it. Wish I could have the same attitude with chocolate - we just have a special bond. Mind you haven't had any chocolate in 2 days, not bad going for me. Diet went well for me today stuck to it and had sweet and sour chicken, although I had a few tortilla chips. Still it's better than normal and today for some reason I didn't feel as hungry. Must keep this up now.0 -

Good morning!
Ok, woke up early this morning. 5am!!! Since then I have got up, put wash load on, cleaned kitchen, living room and bedroom. Dusted and hoovered and had shower etc. Not entirely sure what is wrong with me today but i'm not complaining!!
Had one of those nights sleep where I woke up every hour - so annoying. Needless to say I will probably be tired later on today for it.
Just logged in for work and am sat drinking a cup of coffee. Don't start until 7:30 so thought I would take the time to post here.
Plan for today - clear loads of work and eat well :-)0 -
Just wanted to pop in and say hello - really enjoying your diary BUT - NAG ALERT -
If you want to save your 50K in 3 years you MUST cut down on your treats!! Not give them up entirely - just cut back a bit.
NAG OVER
Hope you don't mind that my first hello post to you is also a nag post - just hoping it helps you get back on track a bit.
You have inspired me to get off and do my Rosemary DVD - we weigh similar amounts and I would love to lose half a stone before we go on hols.
Have a good day

OMG - you crazy woman!!
Dont wear yourself out thou!! PS - great work with the diet!
I feel absolutely miserable as the half stone I'd lost piled back on over the weekend - so I'm practically back to square oneDefinitely have to do the Davina today! I bought a box of wine last week. In hindsight I shouldnt have as now it is just there calling to me every night come 7pm.
Llamahead - hiThanks for dropping in. I know that you are absolutely right, I need to get bum into gear
I think I have very little willpower when it comes to anything
feel free to join in with our little exercise/mutual encouragement club. Whens your hol btw? We go in August so thats another incentive, as well as the weekend in the lakes in June -not long now!!
Todd b'day on Friday - he'll be four! Such a big boy. Just so happens that his nursery trip is on that day and I'm going with him, so that'll be lovely, some just me and him time. Then he's having a party on Sat. He very specifically asked for a Backyardigans party with a power rangers bouncy castle, so that is what he is having. The party is costing lots (about £200) but I want him to have his day with all his friends where he is the centre of attention. And birthdays only come once a year.
