    Hey all - happy weekend!

Had a lazy one yesterday - which at least meant no more money was spent. A good thing as todds birthday cost £360 in all. Eeeeek. This includes the farm trip, his present (power rangers set!), tea out and his party.

Right - gonna attempt to assess the damage for April.

    groceries - overspent by £142
family fun - overspent by £100
Eating out - overspent by £122
Anniversary presents - £455 (blame dale!!)

    = £817overspent

    Minus
    mags - underspent £6
    clothes - underspent £43

    Total overspent - £756

So we've blown all our potential savings this month. Yep - I am ashamed. I think I need to have a good think about this and a reassess our original goals - cos as things stand its completely dire, shameful and rubbish.

Thank you! That dress was actually a bargain. I found it in a closing down sale 75% off at £250 - plus £200 to have it altered so it fit me like a glove. I loved it. I searched high and wide trying on dresses that cost £1000's but non were as perfect for me as that dress. Shame I only got to wear it for one day!!

    Hi guys
Just to let you all know I've decided to give the diary a rest for a while. I'm failing miserably at this MS lark, but thats not the reason. Really its just that I'm a tad addicted to this site and its eating quite a bit into my day when I should be getting on with other thing :( So gonna wean myself off for a while.

Sorry to everyone who reads and might be bothered. Thanks for posting!

SI - thanks for being my wing girl! Hope you get your new flat. Will miss our chats but hope you dont mind - suddenly realised that I'm on here far too much when I should be spending time with todd before he goes off to nursery.

lots love - bye for now! Rox
