Day off today and no work until Tuesday - woo hoo!!0 -
Hi Roxie and everyone,
Was laughing aloud at what you said about setting an alarm so you only nap for 20 mins - I read exactly the same thing and I have tried it a few times. Every time the alarm wakes me and I just press 'off' in a right huff and go back to sleep! I am also evil when I wake up (especially if someone wakes me by phoning, then they know about it).
I can also see the photos, don't worry, you've done something right! Very very cute. I can see why you want another one...
Looking forward to hearing the updates. I've done my new sig...

Hi All
I've been devoting some of my holiday time to my nephew who has just celebrated his 1st birthday so I am beginning to understand what babies are all about (especially for Roxie, that comment). He is really cute and I am accumulating hundreds of photographs that I have taken :-) Didn't think I was a baby person!
Well, did a rather positive thing at the weekend. I opened up 3 high paying interest accounts with the Alliance & Leicester with the assistance of a very helpful lady in the A&L (so thanks *****!). It really is worth opening up new accounts or changing your existing ones sometimes. Well, one of the Premier accounts offers 8.5% on the first 2,500 pounds which is a good rate. Anyway check out the A&L - they are good. Sometimes there is a stipulation you have to put a certain amount into your A/C each month, say 500 pounds, but you always withdraw it if you need it and recirculate it, of course.
I have saved 4,200 pounds so far and I am working smartly with my money to increase that as quickly as possible in the future.

Good morning,
Roxie - that's a lovely picture of you and the boys. They are handsome young fellas!! Hope Todd had a lovely birthday.
Dfw - thank you. All went well, thank you. Your targets for debt free dates are good. Bet you can't wait to be debt free!!
In Southampton today visiting Mum and Grandad - Grandad still fast asleep bless him. He rarely gets up these days. Off out for lunch with friend a bit later too, think it will be a nice pub down by the water given the beautiful sunshine today :-)
Hope everyone is well xx0 -
Good news!!! Over the past 2 weeks my Dad has given me £900 back towards the money that he owes me. It's great and has said that he will pay back the rest asap. I am so pleased - needless to say it has gone straight into savings account so towards clearing my debts before dmp ends.
Hope everyone is having nice weekends. I have a day of spring cleaning ahead. However, just can't get my backside off of the couch right now...oops!0
