Nothing amazing to report today - went easter egg shopping and filled up my wire 'chicken' that only comes out at easter. It takes up cupboard space the rest of the year and D begs me to get rid of it but no! Its cute!
D had a massive strop at the dinner table because he says I snapped at him - I suppose I did a little bit but nothing to warrant his reaction! He started shouting, called me names in front of the kids and then stomped off refusing to eat dinner at the table. Yes people, he is 27 not 7! He's currently sulking. What a child! Morning Roxie,
Yep you are right, ex did do me a favour as very very happy now and wouldn't have ever had that with him...madness isn't it!
Hope D has calmed down a little bit now. Men amaze me sometimes.
Back at work today, working from home. Have an ab's class tonight - A brother runs it at his gym so going along in an attempt to actually get fitter and toned. Need to do something before the summer hits us!
Have a good day!0 -
D is still sulking. He's such a baby sometimes - He completely overreacted but no, I suppose I'll be the one in the wrong for 'snapping'. Humph. He's so stubborn he'll sulk all week.
Coby had his easter show this morning which was sooo cute. Took todd to watch. Although I was quite disturbed at one of the songs which contained the lyric 'were you there when they nailed him to the cross.' A bit hard core for a five year old in my opinion!
Am going to exercise today - I will I will I will!!MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j

Mine is the same, he could sulk for England! I always mutter toys and pram under my breath and that winds up him even more as he's in too much of a sulk to respond!Make £10 a day challenge - £21.00/£290

yeah - I do think he's being v immature. Although I said yesterday that if he couldnt eat with me then he can make his own dinner in future - so not sure whether to sink down to his level and leave him with beans on toast.MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j

Men are so funny...they hold a strop for longer than kids and usually over something really stupid. I say go with the beans on toast!!0

I'm considering it! I mean, how cheeky - I cook his dinner then he refuses to eat it with us as I've 'offended' him so badly. Gosh all I did was say 'what does it look like I'm doing?' when he asked and told me to hurry up and sit down when I was obviously sorting my dinner out (after I've sorted everyon else of course!). Crime of the century now! Am contemplating taking revenge action but my trouble is that I'm a soft touch who likes a quiet life! God, I sound like a right down trodden wife!MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j

Can't believe you said that....no wonder he is annoyed! Just kidding! Men are such numpties sometimes.
I am one for a quiet life and I hate arguing and also I like to rise above it and I think that annoys them even more!0 -
just checked the cupboards and have still got enough for 7 good meals so shouldn't be going too far over the food budget this month - it is getting better.!
Had a really cheap dinner last night of jacket potatoes with veggie chilli - basically a tin of mixed beans ie haricot etc, a tin of kidney beans, tin of baked beans, tin of toms and chilli power. Topped with a bit of cheese. Really nice - although lots of beans and chilli is prob not the best idea! Cost for 4 approx £4 (and thats only because i buy organic potatoes) - although I was really annoyed as I had to throw half of them away as they were bad. V annoying when your paying that price!MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j

I hate arguing too -and I hate an atmosphere - but I'm sick of always being the one to smooth things over because he's too stubborn/immature to do it!MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j
