Ah sorry I missed your birthday, I hope you managed to have a good day even though hubby had to work.
Hope you're feeling more like yourself, definitely good to keep busy potting around although it sounds like you were more than pottering!
Hope the sun is shining, H x

Thanks DFOD, Huggle and mummy.
Yesterday was another pottering day and caught up on a couple of niggly jobs, read a couple of chapters of current book and managed to cash out a £10 M&S voucher from a survey site.
DD was really struggling yesterday and we had lots of tears, I know its really important that we stay locked down but I do really worry about how this is effecting people's mental health and the knock on effect this is going to have is going to have to be dealt with for many years to come.
Plans for today are not much, need to check banking, think about next weeks meal plan and what we need to buy, make a lasagne for tea, email boss to see when i'm in work next week. Washing and a general tidy up.
Take care xx

Hi All.
Not much to really update, have been pottering in the garden and tidying up a bit. washing is pegged out and loving this sunny weather.
Finances are ticking along, thinking of sending DH to Sainsburys for a shop on Saturday as I have a £20 gift card and £20 in nectar points, at least then the money stays in bank account. Redeemed a £25 M&S evoucher from swagbucks, one good thing about the lockdown is that I've kept up with surveys.
Made a Victoria sandwich cake and just having an easy tea of pie and chips, DD requested pie it's her go to comfort food.
Hope everyone is ok and keep safe xx

It is so hard for them (and us all!). My DD is struggling too."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3

Morning and the weekend is here again, although it doesn't feel any different to any other days at the moment
.
Yesterday I spent some time in the garden, the farm shop that I get my veg box from had bedding plants, so I ordered 4 trays and spent the afternoon planting those into pots.
Caught up with some surveys and managed to cash out £25 from 0nepoll, not sure how long it will take to hit bank account.
DH has gone off hunter gathering this morning to Mr S, hopefully he will be able to get everything off the list, although i'm abit sceptical about the bread flour and yeast, told him if he can't get 1 don't bother with the other. I want to make red onion focaccia but its not a necessity so can always do without.
PLans for today are not a lot, probably washing, cleaning, reading and a dog walk.
Have a good weekend xx
