Are you wanting recommendations for leggings for sport, Buffy, or for casual wear? Sportswear I can give you some!3

Sainsbury's leggings are great for me, I always go a size smaller than I am so they don't go baggy at the knees/hips in 5 seconds.
House/flat wise, how realistic is it that you can afford something in the area you need to be for work? Why not register with a few rental agencies Now and see what comes up, keep your options open. And renting doesn't mean you can't buy in the future, you may find that living alone gives you the head space you need to move on with spending less/saving more.
There seems to be a slight boom here price wise in housing. DD1 put her flat on the market last month and sold it to the first couple that walked in.3 -

I couldn't really afford to rent here, unless I did a room in a shared house, which at my age would be weird! and I would be no better off. Pretty much sticking to the waiting till next year re house/renting as it would also be when I am most likely to change jobs, if this new management are as hopeless as the last lot.Nevertheless she persisted.5 -
Ok it is 5.30 and the list is not done!
1. check bank (pay day soon!) (done)
2. clear hall
3. clean out the animals...
4. stare meaningfully at the conservatory. (really this meant a little tidy!)
5. I need to dye my hair. (done)
Hair looks nice. Actually followed the instructions as opposed to just slapping it on!Nevertheless she persisted.4 -

From 8 till 10.30 I cleared the hall and tidied the conservatory. The clutter is so bad that it was effectively just me putting like with like until I finish the shed. It is going to rain tomorrow so I think I will work on my room and the spare room. The washing machine man is coming tomorrow after ten so I will have a quick tidy up in the morning.

Hmmm So Hally facts updated an account and moved the money I had saved into my emergency account, I was highly confused!
So emergency fund now has 3100,
HTB - 4282
Christmas - 700
Extra deposit money = 0!
I am going to ponder this. I think I might stop paying into the emergency fund and focus on the extra deposit money. It might be more motivating to pay in as much as I can.
I should go to bed now. It is 1 am suddenly!

Morning,
Refund from M and S, I have to return something to from online plus I am getting a refund from some parcels that were un-deliverable and I paid the CC last night.
Had a bit of a stress with the rabbits this morning as my girl wouldn't eat (again)... totally panicked. decided to clean them out before calling the vet. Put down new hay and she tucked in after about 30 minutes of running around the room checking everything. She is so weird. I was very very relieved!
We are meant to get notification as to when the washing machine man is coming the excitement is palpable. By which I mean I am sat watching Homes under the hammer with a lukewarm cup of tea.

I buy work leggings from M&S Buffy - I use leggings instead of tights as they're more comfy for me. Pretty much live in leggings. If you like something a bit more unusual check out EMP online.
Pleased that the rabbit is ok - my pets don't half stress me out sometimes. Not giving up
