I've read somewhere that when decluttering you should consider whether you'd take the item with you if you moved house. If the answer is no get rid of it.

I have been sort of doing that.....sort of

Q1 would I pay money to have this moved?

Q2 Would I want the love of my life to know I had owned this??

None of this spark joy malarky!

get rid of embarrassing !!!!! End of !

Work is dreadful by the way. Didn't think I would make it through the horribly stressful day.

Oh and I spent money. Couldn't get out of said !!!!!! job early and the pet shop was shut, so I have had to bulk buy pet stuff 47.pounds from the internet. AND I picked up a parcel (bought before Christmas) and so bought my lunch for the week 9.44.

Conservatory is now leaking in 4 places. Bit of a mare. Gasman coming tomorrow for boiler. Will work on conservatory next.

Really worried about Mum, the treatment she had six months ago has somewhat suddenly worn off and she is quite poorly.

Although things are sort of ok, it is all a bit hanging together with tissue paper, not even string.

any how, just need to keep it together for the next four days.

  • You can do this. Has your mum contacted whoever did the treatment?

Mum is a lot better now the stress of the boiler being fixed is over with. We have nice dinner today - a sign she is feeling better.

Today was quite rough, I mean it was good - well better work wise, but my friend had his baby which is lovely but always makes me sad and feel emotional. Hey ho, can't go back. Push on.

Now just three days to get through. XXX

  • Hello folks,

About 8 years ago I opened a peer to peer account and I pay 10 pounds in every month( I had an initial amount at the start I think). The rules changed recently and in true Buffy style I ignored the emails and instead of re investing the money the paid back loan amount was just in a holding account and so I just took it out, it is a risk. I am still reinvesting the rest of it, but that 500 pounds is going into the savings account. I think I need to aim for enough money to replace the car, pay for vets and possibly deal with any US sister emergencies. As well as saving for the house. As much money as possible needs to go into the savings account. I have to be different. I think accidental savings definitely work for me. Bit like the accidental spending I do! :rotfl:

I still have to do the returns for amazon but had to come home ill today and just feel washed out. I was suddenly and violently sick- I do mean suddenly, chatting with a friend and then HAD to leave!!

I managed dinner. But don't feel great. Am again worried about Mum, she didn't cook enough pasta for dinner. I can't think of a time when she has ever done that. Too much is normally the problem. Now she has come in with her dinner and made too much. I hasten to add I have made dinner twice this week, she won't let me do it anymore often cos I am working two evenings a week. I might have to rethink that tho until she gets whatever meds she needs.

There is a kid on the One Show who has achieved more in her life then me. hmm. inadequacy!!:rotfl: Am just about keeping body and soul together.

I am going to watch Silent Witness and think about whether to go in tomorrow or not.
