The jab didn’t hurt at all, couldn’t feel it. I’ve had both jabs now and felt rough the following day both times but much better than getting Covid.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

It’ll be over before you know it and includes far less needles than if you were to get COVID. Not easy though when you have a phobia.....mention it to your GP and they might be able to help 👍
