  • I was up for AGES last night, suddenly got in the mood to work, went to bed at three. Caught up on all the work I missed before half term cos I was looking after Mum, my direct boss has been very good and kind about it all. I am relieved to have caught up.
As ever another day of waiting to see what happens next. Although I suspect thanks to the leaks we all already know and it is all back on the 8th.
I know there are more risky jobs than mine but I can't understand why it is all back all at once. Did it really need to be?
    I don't understand.
In other news small bun is very happy but his wound will not stay open so I can't fix it. I am glad of the distraction of work.

  • Today was better. I tried to nap but couldn't (!) checked the CC and I have another payment of 70 quid from the insurance people. So that is very welcome.
Work is bad in terms of what is happening next - who knows! I am so glad I am not management, good luck to them. It is all quite bananas (I do understand the news - but my place has specifics er....yes well....) . My kids are good - I managed a live lesson with eight out of 24 students... it was fun, they all understood the essay question. hey ho. And actually I got some good work in from another class.
Pay day is in two days. I have 189 pounds left. Not bad really.
Also discovered The Works has a website..........hmmmmm.
