Thanks CCL XXXX
Well I got some work done. Not all.
and it is midnight so I had best crack on. XXNevertheless she persisted.2 -
I was up for AGES last night, suddenly got in the mood to work, went to bed at three. Caught up on all the work I missed before half term cos I was looking after Mum, my direct boss has been very good and kind about it all. I am relieved to have caught up.
As ever another day of waiting to see what happens next. Although I suspect thanks to the leaks we all already know and it is all back on the 8th.
I know there are more risky jobs than mine but I can't understand why it is all back all at once. Did it really need to be?
I don't understand.
In other news small bun is very happy but his wound will not stay open so I can't fix it. I am glad of the distraction of work.

Today was a shocker.
I feel wrung out and exhausted today. Not mum, other stuff.
Paid the CC bill, it was after the insurance refund still 60 quid over the pet insurance refund.......But it is done.
paid in 3 days. No real savings this month. I think only 500 to the house, the emergency fund and insurance fund got spent! Still better than having CC. The system works wouldn't you knowNevertheless she persisted.5 -
Today was better. I tried to nap but couldn't (!) checked the CC and I have another payment of 70 quid from the insurance people. So that is very welcome.
Work is bad in terms of what is happening next - who knows! I am so glad I am not management, good luck to them. It is all quite bananas (I do understand the news - but my place has specifics er....yes well....) . My kids are good - I managed a live lesson with eight out of 24 students... it was fun, they all understood the essay question. hey ho. And actually I got some good work in from another class.
Pay day is in two days. I have 189 pounds left. Not bad really.
Also discovered The Works has a website..........hmmmmm.
