I am missing the "view last unread" icon, so I knew where I was at reading the posts in pursuit of missing lbs.Kick up the bottom needed here as been sat on laptop since breakfast.1

I've found that as soon as I click on my bookmark (on home screen of my laptop) it goes straight to the page I was last on. Have you bookmarked the thread (I book marked it and it's now an icon on the screen of my laptop) when I click on the icon it beings me straight to the page last visited. Whether that will be the same after I log off later and come back tomorrow is anyone's guess!

Tete_en_l'Air said:Aha! You CAN edit posts - it's the little cog symbol at the top of the post in the blue bar. And it no longer seems to be double spaced - even though it looks like it it when typing the reply, when it publishes it's fine1

Haven't posted since Wednesday and then there's all this to get used to. I suppose some changes might have been needed but this seems excessive.:/ What a miserable and inadequate number of emojis!
I was busy yesterday and when I had time to come on, the board was closed down. Then today I've had heaps of emails from the boards that I subscribe to. I've never asked for notifications like that so they seem to have randomly switched them on.
Back to SW: I had a reasonable meal at the pub on Wednesday (steak, salad and JP) then yesterday DH reminded me we were out for dinner last night too which I'd totally forgotten about, thought it was next week. Different type of place altogether so I had prawn cocktail followed by sea bass, with gnocchi, butter beans and carrots in a tomato sauce. You can tell it's a posh place because they sell Fever Tree!! So food choices not bad but many wine syns have been consumed.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porage with HEA milk
L: leek and potato soup (F,S)Lancashire hot pot (F,S,P) with cabbage (S)
Syns: weekend wine:)
I haven't cut all the fat off the lamb but I won't be eating it. No idea how to count syns for that. I'll just keep plodding.
ETA: Didn't mean to put an emoji with my hot pot but it interprets D (for dinner) followed by a colon (:) as an emoji! I'll have to pretend I'm a northerner and have my :tea: in the evenings!

I don't count the syns when I have lamb and don't eat the fat. I probably have a bit of fat which I don't see but not counting it when it's so little!
I just checked my syns for yesterday and it was actually 20 not 24 so that's a bonus. Only 9 syns in total today (had a Tbs of tartare sauce with dinner which was 2.5 so had to add that to what I'd already planned). Means I've caught up so back to normal from tomorrow.
It's not just posh pubs that sell Fever Tree, I've been in pubs that aren't much more than "sawdust on the floor" types and they are so pretentious to sell Fever Tree. I always ask what diet tonic they sell before I decide what to drink! Bit of a pain but I'm not wasting syns on Fever Tree when I don't even like the stuff.
