Tete I know you don't want to but it sounds as though you ought to get it X-rayed if it's getting worse. That's not good.

Ended on 5 syns yesterday after having 2 Purple Ones in the evening - now finally gone! But that's not too bad with both of us eating them and they've been there since Christmas! Didn't use the cornflour in the stir fry sauce in the end so saved 0.5 Syns there, LOL!

    Today's plan:

B - stuffed mushrooms - mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, garlic S; cottage cheese P, cheese - part HEA
L - HM Veg soup - frozen mixed veg, onions, garlic S; potato, veg & white wine stockpots F, tiny pasta F. Soup currently being cooked. Will add the pasta when I reheat it at lunchtime. Am hoping I've made enough for another day! Slice of WM bread - 0.5 HEB
D - Spanish chicken - risotto rice, white wine stockpot, paprika F, chicken P, onion, garlic S, peas F, chorizo 3.5

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - milk/cheese
    HEB - 1 slice of WM bread 0.5; 1 Hifi bar 0.5
    Syns - 25g chorizo 3.5

Tete~~I do think that you need to get it xrayed.
If it has any damage you may be making it worse :(

That's a brilliant loss SoS. Well done you!:T

I'll join in the nagging tete and advise you to get your foot seen to. You could be making it much worse. :naughty:

Well done for staying on plan sary despite the birthday cake. :)

We're going to the pub tonight to watch football so will eat there. Whatever I have is going to take me over syns for the week but I'll make the best choice I can. It's strange but although this is a Greene King pub it doesn't have a menu like the one I often use in a nearby town in the same chain. In the other one they do new potatoes, for example. In tonight's pub they just do chips or chips with even more syns piled on top. Maybe they think that if you're a football fan you don't want to be healthy. :( They do JPs but not as a side dish. I'm thinking I'll have a steak with salad and buy a plain JP as well. It'll be more expensive as effectively they'll count it as 2 meals but I'm worth it.;) I can then use syns for wine instead. :D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, fried egg (P)
    L: LO casserole (F,S,P)
    D: As above?
Syns: HP sauce 1, and dinner tbc

Enjoy the football tonight Maman. You can only do what you can do when eating out! But it sounds like a good plan even if it is effectively 2 meals and more expensive. It really annoys me when you can't order what you want. There are just so many places that only serve chips and DH always seems to want to go to cafes like that! That's one of the reasons I like to try to find a Wetherspoons 'cos he can still have his chips and I can have a jacket! Gets a bit boring sometimes always having something with a jacket but needs must!

    Enjoy your wine Syns!

  • Hi. After that exciting first weigh in I'm keen to get a reasonable loss this week to keep me motivated.

    So far today:
Porridge for breakfast (4.5 syns as instant, must buy some oats today)
Also out of fresh fruit so will be of to Ald1 shortly.
Lunch: sw lasagne (cheese will be hea), half a Swede (microwaved whole, absolutely and surprisingly delicious) and grated carrot and cucumber.
Dinner: probably sw bolognese, will try and do half spirallised courgette and half spaghetti.
Took a photo of the lunch (huge) but realise I can't post directly, sorry.

Off to shop soon, also need more chopped Tom's after theb'two tons' I used yesterday :rotfl:

That's a good days food SoS. I know you'll have had 2 lots of pasta but you've got plenty of Speed in there too. :D
I used to do 'singing swede' (because of the sound it makes in the microwave) but mostly I batch cook swede and carrot mash for the freezer.

bubbs is the expert on how to post photos. I haven't a clue. :o
