I'm really missing that clapping smiley. It was perfect for the spirit of SW. 
That's very sad news Vegastare. I'm sure going back to group isn't what you're feeling like right now although I'm sure your consultant would welcome you or you could text her.  Or you could just ease yourself gently back on plan using the thread to help you. Why not write a meal plan and shopping list for next week?

Vegastare welcome back.  It's not the end of the world to have put weight back on.  It happens to lots of people.   If you do want to go back to SW you will be welcomed with open arms - lots of people fall off the wagon and return later having put weight back on.  Call the consultant, I'm sure she'll remember you.  My consultant seems to remember people who have attended years earlier (I remember some of them too - I've been going for nearly 10 years now).  At least you realise you need to do something now and not wait until you have put all the weight back on.  If you feel you can't face going back to SW then could you try going it alone and using the thread to keep you accountable?

Well done PIB that's a good loss particularly with the eating out.  I find I tend to pick SW friendly meals when we go out, not always possible but just do the best I can.

I will see what tomorrow brings about going to group somedays I am better than others......as for the shopping and meal plan, I will do that and will start to post meal plan daily on here am sure that will help me get back into things....plus will go back and read through past posts to catch up.

So. A lot of my old SW chums have gone to another SW group.
This is some miles from where I live.
I was going to bite the bullet & go tonight but the weather is foul & I hate driving in the dark.
So hopefully next week.

Thanks Beanie.  I can't work out how to subscribe either!  I've just bookmarked the thread to get back to this each time.  I'll do the same with the new thread.

I'm like you I hate driving in the dark which is why I've found a daytime group.  If that closed I'd either have to find another daytime one or stop going.  No way am I driving at night - particularly in winter.
