    Hi beanie
Wouldn't it look odd with Valentines in the title?  :)

Chieveley Thanks for the chart.  I think Tweets is our SOTW as she's had the biggest loss this week and didn't have a gain last week (STS counts as a loss as far as SW is concerned because it isn't a gain, LOL!)

Good morning all.  Very quiet again on here.  Just a quick post with my plans for today:

    B - sweet banana omelette - P; F
    L - smoked haddock kedgeree - P; F;
    D - braised steak and kidney with root vegetables, broccoli, mash, & peas - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
HEA2/HEB - nothing planned but there if I need it later.

  • Tete has excelled herself and lost more than her target. Hopefully the birthday weekend hasn't done too much damage.
Thanks Maman  I think it might be the first time ever in several years of posting that I've managed to hit my target, shows what a good headspace I'm in now. Sneaky peek on the scales and not too much damage seems to have been done.

Thanks so much for the chart Chieveley! I think it would be good to have a new thread and chart for a new challenge - don't we find a new one tends to encourage any lurkers to delurk and say hello? I'd be happy to attempt chart monitoring if you're finding it a chore as it seems to be a lot easier to post pictures now (without a photo hosting site anyway), but I'm not sure how to go about setting up the thread.

I'm off work today (took a couple of days to catch up with myself after the weekend) so my meals will be batch cooked and frozen and I'll be roasting some veg for my packed lunches the rest of the week as well.

    B - Banana, apple
D - SW recipe Italian chicken and tomato soup, WM toast, butter (3)
T - Chilli (half beef, half quorn), with extra speed veg added in (grated carrot and courgette, and aubergine, as well as the usual tomatoes, mushrooms and onions) with sweet potato wedges
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - WM bread
    Syns - Sugar (4), butter (3), hot choc (2) = 9

I really recommend the soup - I know I say this every time I have it, but its so tasty and chunky and satisfying!

Glad you had a good weekend tete. I agree about a new thread and I think chieveley is OK about doing the chart. Unfortunately, like you, although I can start a new thread I don't know how to transfer all the info from the old one. We need to make a decision though.:)
    Today's EE plan:
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), ham, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- cold pork (P), fried potato (F), veg and pickles (S)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips (F), cauli steak, tomatoes, mushrooms, soe green stuff (S)
    Syns- none planned:)
I'm finding the emojis a bit erratic (to say nothing of a pathetic choice). It doesn't matter whether I access them through the tool bar or through a colon, they work sometimes and sometimes not. :/

Morning all - I've finally found you again and managed to get logged on.  Haven't been able to get on via my mobile, which defeated me several times.  I've only got a moment to pop on while at work (using the desktop computer has enabled me to get on).  Got to say this new layout is going to take a bit of getting used to.  I lost all my daily email notifications too, so not even been able to keep up to date that way.  I think I'm about 20+ pages out of date (so most of February).

Weight is up/down and still struggling to keep on plan, but I'm going up and down the same 2.5lbs, which isn't so bad. I have good and bad days, still rather unfocused, but not going to be defeated.  I booked our holiday last weekend to go away mid-Sept, so I need to get my swimsuit bod sorted!!

    Plan today:
B - banana & fibre one (4) - thought they were a HEB, so bit miffed at that as SO not worth it.
snack - muller light yog (1)
    L - salad (lettuce, cucumber,toms) & shredded roast chicken thighs. Dressing (1);  SF jelly & cream (2.5)
Chicken stir fry with rice (2 for sauce/seasoning)
    Total syns:  10.5
    HEA - milk in tea/coffee

Will have a proper catch up later if I can get on again once at home.  Hope you're all ok.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

Not sure if anyone eats the Tracker bars but my consultant posted on our Facebook page yesterday that they are now HEB choice.  Not something I've ever had and probably won't bother with but at least it's another choice.

I agree we need another thread but I've no idea how to do it either and won't even be around for the whole of March as will be in France so dependent on being in an area  with decent wifi!

Hello everyone.....not been around for a while, can't say I like the new forum much, took ages to find you today, am glad to read some of you are still around.....I stayed in target right up to weigh in week before Xmas and life and SW was going fine till we had a nightmare New Year Eve with a family tragedy, truly has rocked us all, to say I have eaten myself silly and downed too much g and t's and am always on the brink of sobbing.....weighed myself today and have gained 12 lb....

I just can't face SW and the zooming in at meeting, I feel ashamed of the gain and also feel that I am using the grief as a bit of a crutch I really need some umff to get be back on track.....I have lost over 4 and half stone and just don't want to go up again.
Had thought about contacting the SW consultant but to be honest I think she will have so many folk there she would have no idea about me.

  • Pleased to report another loss of 1.5lbs after WI today  :)Delighted with that loss as last week included 2 meals out, but did make sensible choices. Instead of a dessert for Valentines, we walked back to the car thru Tesco, and I picked up a box of Mikado for £1/1 syn each, very MSE B) .

    Beanie
would you be able to give us another new thread pretty please? Countdown to Easter?

Thanks for the chart chieveley . I am now 2lbs away from my target, for what it is worth, just because that gives me a round number on the scales. Not sure if I will actually be happy at that weight? I guess only one way to find out . OH away again here for a few days, so eating out of the freezer with additions of fruit & veg. And I somehow volunteered to do a lot of cooking for our Village Lunch this week as our team is short, so have a bank of slow cookers lined up, so this will keep me busy and out of trouble  ;).

    🥳🥳 SW -6st 3.5lbs 🥳🥳
