Morning all WI with loss of 1.2lb
should have been more but finished up leftovers at beginning of the week which weren’t particularly SW
Had the ff beetroot wraps this week which were just about edible but completely tastelessonly found them in sainsbobs so far which is annoying as I shop in mr t mostly.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

How did you find the animated ones chieveley? Why is progress so often backwards
I've found a recipe for mushroom stroganoff that uses yogurt so I'm going to try that tonight. I'll report back if it tastes OK. Not sure about lunch as not feeling hungry so I'll put down a JP and see how I feel. Whatever happens it'll be something SW friendly and free.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, scrambled eggs (P)
L: JP (F) with cottage cheese (P), pickled cabbage and spring onion (S)
Dinner: mushroom stroganoff (S,P) with brown rice (F)
Syns: HP sauce 1, Brown rice (1), weekend wine
I'm finding the tab key quite random, sometimes it goes to a new line on a list first time, sometimes after several goes.
ETA: I remembered that I had LO Hotpot from last night, loads actually. So I had some of that for lunch with even more Speed than planned. I've a portion left for tomorrow too.

Animated emojis? I just googled - i was looking for the emojis that ate the chocolate bunny (shh don't tell anyone but I found 10p chocolate coins in Wilko -they are all spent, well in my fat tummy)

PIB if you look at the Thanks before you press it there's a number (if someone has already Thanked) so if you then press it the number will change. If you're the first to press it then a figure 1 comes up. Hope that makes sense - it does to me!

I'm sure there are IT reasons for updating the site but there seem to be so many snags and very little research into what users want. I'm gradually finding my way around it but not happy. It reminds me of when we were forced to switch to Windows 10 with our new desktop. I've found ways around it but it's not as good as it used to be.
Mushroom Stroganoff was OK. We both ate it but I wouldn't rave about it. Would maybe try again but perhaps with chicken or beef. Ended up as 2 syns each as some cornflour and 1 for microwave rice that I wanted to use up.2 -

Morning. Just finishing my 2nd night shift.my planner looks interesting with jackfuit chilli or biryani for breakfast. Brought loads of food in with me to stop myself eating the wrong things. Had LOADS of speed foods and unintentionally very few syns. I hope I sleep better today, only got 5 hours sleep in the day yesterday.
Tonight's treat ( or should I say breakfast!) will be Ald1 sweet chilli salmon fillets, new potatoes and carrots, Cauliflower and broccoli. Have a good Sunday, hopefully I will sleep through much of it.2
