Hi. So weigh in was slightly worse than expected! I need to lose 12.5lbs to get to the bottom of range. I will be paying next week as I can’t shift enough on my let off week -boo!
My plan today is,
He a bob milk
He a cheese
He b weetabix
B weetabix
L pasta salad
D hunters chicken, new pots and green beans
Snacks/syns LO Christmas chocs or cheese and crackers will decide later
I knew my clothes were snug but I have to face up to the fact that I’ve gained a chunk of flab. So I need to be back in range by the end of January and then I can start to wrestle with going down the bracket before my next jaunt in feb and a wedding in March. Why is it so much easier to gain than lose LOL.
Have a good day everyone xx0 -
Morning, weigh in last night and it was better than I was expecting, only need to loose 4 1/2 lb to get back to target weight, so 1 1/2 to be back in range, I was very surprised. Still not quite in the right frame of mind for it though, stuffed my face with crisps last night, maybe when I'm back at work and into a routine again on Monday it will be easier.0

I'm sure that's the key majorica. I've always said that the two essential things to successful SW are Speed food and planning. It's so difficult to plan when things change from day to day. 1.5 lbs in a week is very doable. Go for it!
Well done for biting the bullet midge. It's good that you're planning ahead. I'm hoping to lose a bit before I go to WI.;)
I'm going to do my meal plan and shop today and reset everything back to as normal as it gets. I'm not eating out this week so that'll help. I've also decided not to have my usual wine tonight. I had enough over Christmas so this will be a shortened weekend.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, 2 fried eggs (P)
L: LO cottage pie and veg (S,P)HM burgers (P), SW chips (F) ,veg tbc (S)
Syns: HP sauce 10 -
Had to pop out to the DIY shop in the next town so was able to pop in to Asda but the rosemary and red onion sausages weren't on special offer, they were still £2 so looks like it isn't nationwide. Still bought a pack though as I haven't got any in the freezer.
Just cooking my scotch eggs at the moment.
Today's plan:
B - stuffed mushrooms - stuffed with couscous, herbs, chilli
L - chicken salad - chicken P; lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spring onions, pepper, coleslaw S; mayo 1
D - fish pasta bake - salmon, white fish, smoked haddock P; pasta F; cheese sauce 4
HEA - milk
HEB - Ryvita
Syns - Mayo 1; cheese sauce mix 4
Will have the Ryvita this evening with some HM hummus; falafel and scotch egg, all of which are in the process of being made at the moment!
Scotch eggs are in the oven, the chickpeas have just finished cooking for the hummus and the falafel mix in firming up in the fridge to be shaped and cooked this afternoon.

No beetroot in my Aldi:( I think they'd sold out but they did have the peppers and spring onions and also red and white cabbage, all on Super 6. I might go back in the week and look for beetroot or maybe tomorrow when I'm near another branch.
I got YS celeriac and runner beans in Sainsbury's so that'll add to my Speed.:D
I went into the £ shop too and they had a number of things to support weightloss like a journal and a wall chart for doing your meal plan. They had microwave saucepans for 50p and various small containers for fridge/freezer. Frylight was £1.50 although I didn't need any myself today. They also had really nice 'healthy eating' plates which were 50% veg, 25% protein and 25% carbs. Worth a look for anyone interested. I went in to buy the small tins of Pek ham that I use for the Austrian Ham Hash.0 -
Thanks bubbs . You're brilliant with the bargains. I use the LM sausages for stuffing balls.Think I'll try to get over to Asda and get some more. I'm using the last of the ones I've got today to make scotch eggs for lunch.
Any idea how long the offer is on for?
Only just started
