Welcome back curl girl. As you know everyone is welcome on the thread and it does provide lots of support.
That must have been very scary Sary. Hope your son improves quickly and he gets the help and support he needs.
Well I bit the bullet and went to group this morning (DH was getting on my nerves, LOL!) and it was a gain of 5.5lb! If only I'd been at bottom end of target before my holiday I'd still be there now but I wasn't so I'm 0.5lb outside of top end so not too bad. Definitely gonna shift that this week.
Today has again accidentally ended up as a Green day (so that extra HEB to have this evening!)
Today's menu:
B - apple slices, grapes S (after WI)
L - jacket potato F; cottage cheese P; salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper, spring onion, pickled beetroot, pickled onions, coleslaw S; mayo 1
D - LO vegetable biryani - F; S
S - Ryvita & cheese - HEB/HEA
HEA1 - milk in drinks
HEA2 - cheese
HEB1 - Ryvita
HEB2 - No idea but may have extra Ryvita as the ones I've bought are in packs on 4 and it's only 3 for HEB
Syns - Nougat 6.5; LTL mayo 1

That's quite a shock sary but I agree that he's now in the very best place to get some help.
Good news, Aldi skinny sausages are only half a syn each. I used them for my pigs in blankets and they were great.
That's a new one denise, being forced to WI to get away from DH!:D
5.5lbs isn't bad for an AI holiday and Christmas.
I won't be weighing for a week or so but I put jeans on yesterday for the first time since Christmas.
Today's my first day back to 'normal'. I have a full week's syn bank from today. I am finishing off the tiniest bit of hash from yesterday but I'll ignore any syns in that as it really isn't more than a table spoon. .
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, half banana, skinny syrup (F), HEB porage with HEA milk
L: LO hash and veg (F,S), 2 fried eggs (P), beetroot (S)cottage pie with swede & carrot topping (P,S), broccoli, cabbage (S)
Syns: 00 -
Afternoon. I’m all planned and shopped for a week.
Today’s menu is,
He a milk
He a ??
He b ??
B banana
L pasta salad
D chicken curry and rice
Lunch and dinner have lots of speedy veg in.
Snacks tangerines, grapes and my he’s - probably cheese and crackers.
It feels great to be back in control!0 -
MM - it's definitely great being back in control. I've still got sweet stuff from Christmas but I've been good so far with having them within my syns.
Going to be leaving the wine alone for a while and will be sticking to gin or rum for alcohol to help keep syn levels down in order to get rid of the nougat and Purple Ones which got bought for Christmas. Also still have half a box of Maltesers to have as well which DH doesn't like so I'll have to eat all of those over the next month as well. Hopefully by the time February comes all the junk will be gone completely.

I'm having my first alcohol free day for a while Denise
I'll certainly buy spring onions, peppers and stock up on beetroot bubbs but I wish the veg wars were all year round!
I've almost had a SP day today with just the tiniest bit of potato. Good start to being back on plan.0 -
