Hi all and thank you for starting the new thread - I will try and contribute more, but don't always have the time.

I will update you on the bread pudding and how it tastes later.

Beanielou - I am not longer a target member and haven't been for a while now - you can remove me from the list for now, but my aim is to make that target again. I am knowledgeable about the plan though (extra easy), have been doing it since 2015.

Hubby has had to go to hospital tonight, after having appts at the doctors today - he has COPD and some tests at the docs today suggested there might be problem with his heart  Hopefully he will be back in time for New Year. So it's just me and DD1 (DD2 has gone to Evesham for a few days with a friend and her family, back tomorrow). So am trying to keep busy, so I don't think about it too much.

Do you mean not enough or too much? The dish is quite deep.

Thanks for your kind wishes - DH has just texted to say it's doubtful he'll be back before midnight. :(

Thanks for the new thread Beanielou and the chart Chieveley.
At the moment I'm going for 6lb but will weigh in on Thursday and find out exactly how much to get back to target.
