Hiya, weigh in a day early as off for a long weekend tomorrow, very pleased to say a loss of -2.
Sorry I just post and run, life as usual gets in the way of sitting down catching up.0 -
Wow, you guys took some finding 😆 Lept from the end of one thread to another to get to now, I feel like time traveller.
So I wondered if I might join you? I've previously been at target but it has gradually crept back on over the last 2 years. . Rejoined on a 6 weeks plan last night, classes keep me committed. I thought I'd put on 10 pounds, but clearly I was in denial - turns out to be 13 and half pounds to lose. I've been kidding myself that I follow a sw type diet anyway. Was good to go back to basics. I've had a few light bulb moments on the last 24 hours. One was my porridge this morning 'cost' 4 and a half syns as it's an individual sachet rather than basic ( and cheaper) porridge oats. The second is that my overeating on an evening isn't boredom, it's anxiety. I've no idea what I'm anxious about, but now I've recognised this I can (tonight anyway) keep away from the fridge.
I'm going to go back to the start of this thread now and have a read.;)0 -

Well done, feels good with a decent loss when weighing early, I was surprised at mine:DA smile costs little but creates much0 -
Well done majorica, a good loss.
Welcome sinkorswim. Feel free to post you menu plans if it might help you. Several of us do daily, even those like myself and maman who are target members and have been for several years.
DH and I have finished the falafels I made this morning! It was so nice to have something to pick at between lunch and dinner as we actually ended up with chicken salad sandwich as I warmed the wraps in the microwave and think I must have put them on for too long because they'd gone hard and were inedible! Really annoyed with myself as I was looking forward to having the wrap for a change.
Night all.

So yesterday's food:
HEA: cheese on the sw lasagne I made
HEA: milk in breakfast porridge
HEB: Quakers original porridge oats sachet ( now I had synced this as I looked it up on the app - 4.5 syns, however realised it's b)
Breakfast
As above, porridge HEB
Lunch
Home made sushi for lunch, some advocado in it, around a half, suns = 7 Not sure if the nori sheets are synced. Could of done with some speed food with it.
Dinner
Sw Lasagne, cheese was HEA. Roasted peppers and courgette, cucumber
Snacks
Turkey, quark with frozen berries, an orange
Going to pit it on my planner now, need to get into the habit of writing it down.
Not at work until next week now, I think I might keep joining sw to myself to avoid the well meaning 'you don't need to lose any' and worse still the feeders who make it their mission to sabotage. Anyone else have those people in their lives?0
