Well done on your 2.5lbs off PIB.:T

I like mushy peas but don't think I'd want them with beans as well, too much mush.;)

I'm feeling a bit thinner too bubbs but I'm easily fooled.:)

In the end, I forgot all about the sweet chilli sauce so the half syn wasn't needed.:D We had plenty of spice on the cauli steaks so probably plain salmon was a better idea anyway.

So still on 22 syns left.:) I know you like to use all your syns to lose denise but I'm better with a few unused. It's probably because it gives me leeway for some under estimating and I haven't measured milk in an age (although that's not so crucial now with second HEA).

Bubbs, I wish I liked fish more too. I don't mind cod or haddock, and I'm a total heathen and only like tinned tuna or salmon. It often looks nice, but I'm afraid the smell is a huge turn off for me.

Well done PIB on your loss.

Slightly changed my dinner to include 2nd HeA of lighter cheese melted on top of burgers, with pickles, onions and mushrooms as well as lettuce, cucumber & tomato. However, I did also eat about 3 syns worth of Doritos while cooking. I can't help it, they fell off the top of the fridge into my mouth!

Beanie, bubbs or me will shout next time fresh salmon is on offer.
    I stock up when it's £4.99 kg in M.
I got a batch last time for the freezer.

    Evening all.

Oh yes please, do let us know when it's on offer. My salmon tonight was YS so not expensive.

I'm imagining the Doritos falling off the top of the fridge into sary's mouth. That's quite a party trick. :rotfl:
  • Well done PIB, hoping to reverse some of my gain when I weigh tomorrow. Went to the panto at Palladium last night, I was very good and had late lunch so I didn't need to eat beforehand. As usual, panto was excellent, but I will NEVER see Matt Baker in same light again:eek::rotfl:

sarymclary I couldn't agree more about class which is partly why I can't face going back at the moment. Online appeals (sw comfort blanket and all that) but it doesn't work out much cheaper.

poundsinbucks Those terayki rump steak strips from waitrose are really tasty. We usually have them in a stir fry. nom nom nom and if I remember correctly from when I looked, they are on offer until the 21st Jan.
