A bit late up this morning so everything in running behind. Have been promising myself to get the outside freezer defrosted and still not done it! It's getting desperate now so that is today's main job!

I've totted up my syns so far this week and have 34 syns left for Monday - Wednesday so definitely plenty.

    Today's plan:

B - baked oats - oats HEB; egg P; natural yoghurt F; sweetener F; skinny syrup F; mixed frozen fruit S; quark P
    L - HM veg soup - mixed veg S; stock; S&P F
D - HM shepherds pie using LO roast lamb P; onions, garlic, S, mash made with egg F, P; mashed swede S; peas F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge
Syns - nothing planned but may have some nougat for 5 or 6.5 (depends how much DH pinches!)

Chieveley, if you are taking care of the new chart, can my goal be 8lb please.

    Morning all.
Was hoping to buy £1 sausages today but think I've missed the offer!

The frozen no syn LM rosemary & red onion ones are on offer in Waitrose for £1.33/pack ;).

Just totted up my weekend's syns and I've got 24 left for the next 3 days. (That includes adding in 10 for the mayo on my tuna jacket:cry:). I'm unlikely to need many of them because most of this week's menu is syn free with the exception of the odd bit of cornflour.:):)

    Today's EE Plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, banana, skinny syrup (F), HEB porage with HEA milk
L: cold pork (P), fried potato (F), veg and pickles (S)
D: sausage casserole with tagliatelle (F,S)
    Syns: sausages 1, cornflour 1

    Hello to all and HYE

I'm starting this week thinking how the nurse will tell me off about my weight when I visit later in the week so trying today so think about planning and getting back on track.

The Mail had the dark side advertised this weekend (WW) but looking at their online plans, they appear/ are more expensive than online membership to SW.

I thought something different would be a good thing but I think sticking to what I know and understand is a more sensible move.

Does anyone do SW online? For the money, I didn't really find their website particularly user friendly or value for money.

I don't want to go back to group so not sure what to do to be honest?

Welcome back FE. I know you don't want to go back to group but perhaps you could go just once, get the books and the new member talk again and then go it alone with the help of this thread.

I've never heard anything good about online membership and there are a few people on here who used to be online members but just use this thread now.

As you can see some of us post our daily menu plans and this can help keep you on track so you could try that.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Well. I slunk back to class tonight.
Truely dire & I had to force myself to stay.
Anyway, hopefully line drawn & onwards & downwards.
