Brunch - fritters made from bananas and egg. Not BSD but I wanted to use the bananas up.
T - curry with onion, courgette, red pepper, prawns and coconut milk. Had a bit of broccoli cheese with it. Nicest meal I’ve had for a week! Made fish cakes from scratch for my son.7 -

Evening all 👋. Well done on your loss Cranky 👏
i know what what you mean about being depressed re the news Blue Doggy 🙁 Unfortunately the world looks to have gone mad.
Other than feeding my sister and hollowed legged nephew last night last night it's been a quiet weekend 🙂. I did pick up a new cat flap yesterday and returned it today (wrong size hole 🙄) and made the most of the plant sale at the garden centre to pick up some plants usually £8.99 plus for £3 and two alpines for a £1 each. I had some large old shrubs removed Christmas so there are gaps.
food wise there has been too much snacking although I did send my nephew off with the last of salted caramel cheesecake last night
L - pork & apple burger with salad (no bread) followed by lemon Bakewell tart 🙁
D - beef stir fry with rice. Followed by yogurt
S - pack of crisp, two fibre one bars. Sweets
I'm working late Monday, Tuesday and Thursday this week which means I won't be home until nearly 8pm so I'll have to ensure food wise I'm covered I made lentils and vegetables with a little chorizo for the next couple of lunches and cooked a small gammon as well
have a good week and stay healthy 🙂

Wow Frith that's a great start 👏👏👏
I'm back to working late today, after chatting to my neighbour I got in just before 8pm so dinner has been a cuppa and a hot cross bun 🙄 at least I offloaded one to a colleague this afternoon, I'm looking at the freezer and thinking should I put the last one in there or say sod it and eat it 🤔
lunch was a healthier puy lentils with loads of chopped vegetables and some chopped tofuLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin7 -

Work's been crazy busy the last few days, hence the lack of posting, but I did manage to brave the scales yesterday and was very happy (and rather surprised) with a STS
I hope everyone's staying safe and has managed to get any needed supplies. Best of luck xx4 -
B - yoghurt and berries
L - hummus, celery and carrot
T- Spanish chicken and PSB
All BSD today6 -
Weighing in this week but unfortunately have STS
This is due to the fact that I have discovered Morrisons' bourbon biscuits are vegan
Going to try harder this week!
It's better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.7
