procrastinator, I've not done great either however I'm consoling myself that if I had done nothing I know from previous experience I would have ended up heavier than now sometimes maintaining isn't a bad thing
Have you tried writing down everything you eat (doesn't have to be on here) no cheating just honesty write down everything and then you can look and maybe see any reasons the weeks you lose or those you gain. There are a lot of experience dieters / health eaters on here if you want the help we will try our best after all we are all in this together 🙂.
