STS again this week, I'm trying to live off what we already have in freezers, cupboards etc as I don't really want to go shopping at the moment because I'm in that 'At Risk' category to do with the virus. So diet meal planning is a little fraught at the moment. I think I'll concentrate on portion size more carefully and see if that helps - but I do get hungry.9 -

Commiserations to any other gainers - my weigh in this morning was another +2lb gain - and I definitely understand feeling ridiculously annoyed with yourself but still not being able to stop shoveling in rubbish. Despite knowing that eating well and exercising makes me feel better, both physically and mentally, I seem to have absolutely zero motivation to do anything other than sit on the sofa and stuff myself full of things that I know I should be avoiding. I really need to get a grip soon though because I've got less than three months until holiday and no summer clothes which I can get my fat carcass into!!

So much for my plan today. I got delayed and walked for three hours in the pouring rain and had to improvise in a cafe. I didn't have to improvise with quite so much gusto, I suppose!

14 stones 2 this morning. My heaviest ever (by a stone!) including when I was 42 weeks pregnant.
Appalling reflux all night, as though to remain me about the BSD.

T - one chicken thigh, leeks sautéed then a spoon of creme fraiche.

Morning everyone, I missed weighing in last week due to internet issues then forgot to update! I'm pleased to announce that I'm down another 1lb so have now reached my half stone target!! Going to make a start on the next half stone.

Zafiro I hope the freezer bingo's going well. Keeping safe is definitely more important than weight loss at the moment and hopefully you manage to come up with some nice and not too calorie-heavy concoctions.
Honey It's always annoying when life gets in the way of well-intentioned plans but I'm sure the walk will have offset some of the improvised eating. And thank you, if all else fails I'll remember that kaftans are an option

Sorry for yesterday's self-indulgent misogs. Although I'm still finding not shoving everything into my face difficult I'm at least just about keeping a lid on it and even managed to force myself to go for a run last night. I decided to go back and do a previous run as I was struggling enough before taking a week and a half break and figured that failing again would finish me in my current mood. It was definitely the right decision as I managed to complete it so I'll just keep going from there and hopefully the one I was stuck on won't seem so bad when I get there again.

I’ve been pretty much wiped out today, my chair is not comfy for sleepingbut I’m glad I sat up with Senior Doggy as he needed help turning a couple of times. He’s been a lot better today. I’m looking forward to sleeping in my bed tonight 🛌💤
