Cleaning all the tiles in the bathroom should have burned up a few calories, yeah?
B - porridge
L - cuppa soup, Ryvita, yogurt
D - beans on toast with a fried egg on top (spray), 2 Jaffa cakes
S - banana, apple
At the paid stuff from Tuesday to Friday - no reason to let it derail me.
And breathe

Good evening everyone
roblou I can so identify with your description of using one’s mouth as a recycling unit/food waste prevention receptacleeasy to do but it’s never diet food, is it?) (says one who has just “prevented the waste” of some of the biscuits left over from this afternoon with friends
)
frith so very sorry that things were so tough in your past. I hope you’re in a better place now, and for the future.
Brambling well done on your speedy walk! 👏
Afternoon with friends, tomorrow and Wednesday my sister is visiting, so I daresay some lo biscuits will be saved from wasteDiet expected to go even further astray

Hi All,
I hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was lovely but it did mean my weigh in this morning was +2lb on from last week. Well, it was kind of more than that because I also put on everything I'd lost before we went away but to say I wasn't dieting this weekend would be an understatement - cream tea, pizza, crisps, chocolate... - and we weren't overly active either. The weather just about held out for us to do the walk from Lulworth Cove to Durdle Door but the rest of the time was spent mostly mooching about and sitting in the cottage playing games / watching films. It was lovely to spend some time doing nothing though and my friend whose birthday it was enjoyed the trip.
I now just need to get a grip and leave the biscuits and fudge I brought back well alone!!
Best of luck everyone xx6 -
I gain weight just crossing the border into Dorset Izadora
but that could be my family rather than the county
Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door is one of my favourite places
