Evening all, well kitchen is now done apart from the oven and a few bibs and bobs.
Menu wasn't all that good today but start afresh tomorrow.
B - oaty pancakes with Skyr, blueberries and honey
D - cheese and chutney sarnie and a bag of crisps left by our friend when he was here last.
T - spinach, ricotta and pepper pie out of the freezer, New tats, brocolli and (don't judge!!) Half a tin of beans....it was lurking in the back of the fridge!
S - special k fibre bar
You are quite right Izadora about the Tomato soup felt very good for me.
Bath and then wait for OH to get home from work.

So far I’ve managed not to upset any beverages today!I had an early start this morning because a party fence between my garden and my neighbours’ was being replaced. The old one was held together more by moss and lichen than by real wood, and was so rocky that the storms didn’t break it!
Today’s menu:
B - fish fingers, tomato, fennel
L - apple, satsuma, skyr, 4 oatcakes with Marmite
D - mushroom omelette, peas, carrots; yogurt with blueberries

I've weighed with a 1lb Loss today 🙂. I need to sort myself out at work as that's where I'm eating things I shouldn't 🙄 today's fun was a dentist checkup which required a small filling, 'luckily' 🙄 she could fit it in ouch both financially and literally

Reporting in to say that I did a 30 min run yesterday and ... almost died 😂 Don't think I ever sweat that much in my life. You can clearly tell I'm out of shape. Sweating like crazy after a 30 min run ... and that from a former football player 😂
Anyway, I feel good today and was happy I pushed through!weight loss journey: 3 KG / 8 KG

butterfly Congratulations for yesterday's run, 30 minutes does not sound out of shape to me!!
It's been another annoyingly bitty day at work today. I also managed to forget to bring in both my breakfast and my lunch this morning. I was meant to have toast and leftover roast dinner (minus the potatoes today) and instead had 2 milk trayand some cauliflower cheese and Quorn peppered steaks. My MIL is arriving today so we're having burgers for tea. Well, they're having burgers, chips and salad and I'm having a big flat mushroom, halloumi and pepper in a roll with just the salad.

If you want to go to another page (to check a detail or whatever) after you’ve started writing a post, you can copy it, and then paste it back into the “comment” box, which will show at the bottom of the page. You can paste from there, and it’ll end up in the right place. If you’re going to change pages again, repeat the ‘copy and paste’. (I had the same frustration a few days ago!)

Izadora I think you did very well sticking to just 2 milk tray. The fence looks a lot better now, and it did me good to be up and doing earlier rather than sitting about in my dressing gown drinking tea and messing around on my iPad
A social morning with friends, I avoided our hostess’s lovely lemon cake, but lost the plot this afternoon when my shopping was delivered, and scoffed 6 small ginger biscuits
(I’d ordered the wrong sort for a meeting next week,
