Thank you Izadora, it's going to be a long road but that's ok, all part of the journey.
Meal plan today was a bit makeshift as have been busy spring cleaning the kitchen!
Brekkie - porridge
Dinner - Hein$ Tommy soup and a couple of rounds from a small granary loaf ( no spread)
Tea - frozen SW meal got in for long shifts at work with cous cous
Snacks - special k fibre bar and about to have a pink and white
Not much fruit an veg today but quick and easy. Will be similar tomorrow as still got more kitchen to sort out. Yikes!!!

Why can't I see Dumplings posts? xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.6 -
Ummm, because I haven't posted anything since last Monday. Sorry, I am reading along but struggling to cope with some more bad news health wise. Normal service will be resumed shortly....I hope.6

Good evening everyone
I’ve just managed to knock over my nearly-full mug of peppermint tea, amazing how far it can spread. Several lists are draped over things to dry & one of Senior Doggy’s little beds is still damp. Luckily most of a pile of books escaped, but there was a big pool on the carper. It could have been worse, black coffee or red wine for instance ....
Miss Behaving well done on your loss👏Brambling I think you’re very restrained with the chocolates in your office, but it must be tough to ignore them. Your cat obviously thinks that one of your house doors is a portal to Sunny Land, if he could only find the right one 🐈
roblou hi🙋♀️ well done on your previous weight loss, but sorry to hear about your job. Like you, I need to buy some new clothes, but refuse to buy them for the size I am now, so there’s a race between pounds off and garments becoming utter rags.
Izadora very well done on going out for your C25K in this horrible weather! Respect! 👍👍 your line of smiley faces looks very impressive. I’m glad your back’s better.
Dumpling best wishes, I hope all will be well soon.looking forward to reading your posts again.
Another afternoon with friends (social week this week) and again refused nice choccy biccy. Today’s friends are all sponsoring me for the weight loss, so didn’t tease.
Today’s food:
B - porridge
L - poached eggs, mixed leaves, carrot sticks; skyr with apple and cinnamon
D - lamb leg steak, grilled, with mixed veg; yogurt with rhubarb

Morning everyone, well done Molly41, great job. My weigh in day will be Monday so the weekend to go yet. Hi Blue_Doggy the annoying thing is I have so many clothes just sitting there waiting to be used. So concerted effort...I will do it. Not sure on menu today, breakfast will be oaty pancakes with Skyr, blueberries and honey. After that is a mystery! I did have a plan but forgot to get it out of the freezer. Any hoo, loads in the fridge I can concoct into something I'm sure, depends how I get on with the kitchen deep clean. Having a 9x9 ft kitchen does not allow much room for manoeuvre. Who would have thought you could get so much stuff in a little space!!!
. Sending virtual hugs to everyone that needs support, love and tlc today as I have said on another thread I have had so much myself over the years and an act of kindness and generosity of spirit has held my head above the water on many occasions. Take care.

WEIGH IN
Morning All
Weighing with a loss of -3lb I was very careful at the weekend, which is usually my Achilles heel.Short week for me this week as I'm off the rest of the weeks for half term with the kids, have a terrible sore throat so lots of warm drinks which are luckily filling me up!
Nothing much planned for today, have to wait in for a delivery so probably just a bit of housework
todays plan
B fruit
L boiled eggs and toast
D probably some sort of pasta?
Izadora, well done on your c25k, very admirable especially in this wind and rain
Dumpling sorry you've had some bad news xx
Blue Doggy well done on refusing the dreaded biscuit trap, at least peppermint tea smells nice!
Well done Molly on the loss x

Sorry for the late weigh in: I had a STS this week! Could have been better but then again, I was a little under the weather so ...weight loss journey: 3 KG / 8 KG
declutter challenge: 25 / 25 ✅ 66/100
english is not my first language, sorry for any misspellings6 -
Afternoon All,
roblou Tomato soup must count towards your 5-a-day
dumpling Sorry to hear that you've had bad news. I hope everything's as okay as it can be.
Blue Doggy I've never understood how far liquid manages to travel, I dropped a cup of coffee a while back and found splashes up the wall on the opposite side of the room!! Well done for resisting the biccy and I'm glad your friends were being supportive, it makes it so much easier when people don't try to tempt you too much.
Molly Well done for the loss
Sirens Well done for the loss and for a good weekend. They're normally my undoing as well but it's nice to see that you were rewarded for your hard work. I hope the sore throat eases up soon.
butterfly Well done for the STS, especially when you're under the weather.
I feel like it's been a very long day already. I'm working from home but got up early to get C25K out of the way, I didn't manage to complete today's run but figure that any running I did was better than nothing so I'll just try again in a couple of days and I'll get there eventually, and work's been busy but in a really niggly way where I feel like I'm jumping from thing to thing without actually achieving anything. I need to go shopping to pick up stuff for dinner tonight but can't think of anything I want to do less. Seeing as I've promised my parents a roast and have pretty much nothing in the fridge it's best I get myself some motivation and get off my bum...
Today's food:
B - marmite on toast
L - ?? I might not bother, that way I can put the calories towards my dinner
D - roast dinner, maybe with a potato if I've got enough calories
S - I've so far managed to avoid the biscuit tin...
Best of luck everyone xx6
