Half pound added. So sad but still working on it.
Had rest of apples and blueberries this morning for breakfast. Lunch is HM leek and potato soup, cooking as I type should be ready soon. Not sure about dinner. Have 2 more beets to use up so those plus burgers plus salad.

Well not long in dd wanted to go and meet some friends at the shopping centre so I went with her then made my self scarce once her friends turned up, her birthday is next month so managed to get a couple of it for her and bits for her cake, blimey though had to really fight the wind and rain, it was ferocious, was certainly glad to get in, I'm sure I must have done extra steps as it was one step forward, blown 2 steps back

Cranky, sorry to hear about your knee it's a right pain, I limped around the shops today, going down the steps was the most awkward part I think and at one point it just gave way, thankfully I didn't fall. It better be okay by Monday though as I'm on my feet all day at work, anyway hope yours is better soon xx

Molly doggy decided to go out at 2.30 this morning. Now she is very old and fragile so I had to go out and rescue her then had to wake DH to come and rescue me! Oh no!
Anyhow I'm feeling pleased as have got into some smaller clothes so has given me a boost.

Well done everyone 👏 Procrastinator we all have our bad weeks a half lb is manageable to lose this week 🙂. I miss seeing my thanks which would tell me I had updated you, as usual shout if I've missed anyone, unless you're happy I have 😏
I was unable to update last night due to a clingy cat, he didn't like the noise of the storm and perched on my chest (it's big enough with a arm for balance 😳 ) difficult to do anything other than peer over the top of his head even read, so it was TV through the ears 🙀 and a lot more comfortable for him than meother than flicking lights I avoided the power cut which affected 300 houses around me, the houses behind me were in darkness for over three hours
Molly be carefulit's always good when we can get into smaller clothes 👏 an incentive to keep trying
Hope all those with dodgy knees are walking better, I've found that going downstairs with a bad knee is worst than going up or just walking.
The weather yesterday was a good excuse to stay in and I've no plans to go out today. I prepared vegetables to make soup later for lunches and I've a pork chop defrosting to roast for dinner, other than that I'll potter around home I should do some decuttering but that may stay just a thoughtnot sure what lunch will be maybe eggs

Nice surprise this morning, I decided to measure myself and found that I've lost an inch off my waist and hips since I last measured at the beginning of January.

I’m reporting a loss of 1 lb today slow but steady.

Well done bluedoggy and molly and sue14. Glad you’re feeling better bluedoggy, and I hope all the poorly knees are a lot less painful today; I agree, brambling, that going downstairs is so much worse than going up when you’ve “got a knee”!
procrastinator don’t worry about the gain, I’m sure it’ll soon be gone again.
I was absolutely horrendous over the weekend; far too much food and drink - may need to postpone weigh in by a couple of days this week
However, I am about to shift myself off of the naughty step and go to the gym!
Plan for today -
B - poached eggs and bacon
L - halloumi, salad/fruit
D - probably a mini roast but may leave the spuds of mine and replace with roasted cauliflower
S - protein bar or fruit

ETA - will need to change clothes first as I’ve noticed I’ve dripped egg down my gym top.
