Good evening everyone
honey well done on your loss, even though it’s small, it’s still in the right direction 👏
I hope you soon feel back to full fitness.Keep up the good work, the weight will come off.
Dumpling I’m so sorry to hear about your health troubles. You have given us all some very good, though sad, advice. Sending you all very best wishesBramblingI’m glad you enjoyed the Cyrano in rap, very different. How did the audience enjoy it? Thank you for letting us know about the BT problems, I hope they manage to fix them quickly for you. Updating the table on Monday is fine by me, thank you for all you do for us
Roblou very well done on sticking to plan 👍 Like you, I can’t really have biscuits in the house, so since I couldn’t keep my mitts off them this morning I’m sorry to say they went into the kitchen bin, and are now in the dustbin (shocking waste, but I’d rather have my waist!).Frith good to hear from youI hope life uncomplicates itself for you soon.
Short_bird, jackrabbit congratulations on STS, it’s just a pause, you’ll resume “play” soon I’m sure👍
patent girl very well done on your loss 👏
I went to the cemetery this morning to put birthday flowers on my Dad’s grave, it was very cold and windy there, so my planned cold lunch of fruit and skyr was swapped for a hot meal.
Today’s food has been:
B - porridge
L - cauliflower bolognaise ; satsuma
D - stir fry of haddock with sprouts, fennel and tomatoes; yogurt with blueberries
S - 5 ginger biscuits (morning); apple (evening)
Wishing you all a good weekend!“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Everything went ok today. I hobbled a couple of miles, bent over, but I feel better for it.

RoblouAbout not losing your post when you look back, this is what I wrote for Brambling on page 52:
If you want to go to another page (to check a detail or whatever) after you’ve started writing a post, you can copy it, and then paste it back into the “comment” box, which will show at the bottom of the page. You can post the comment from there, and it’ll end up in the right place. If you’re going to change pages again, repeat the ‘copy and paste’. (I had the same frustration a few days ago!)

I needed new glasses, to my supprise, rounder styles of glasses now suit me - due to my face having slimmed down significantly. A shape that has not suited me since my early 20's!! I am really pleased with them.
I have switched my pot of grapes, strawberrys and raspberrys at lunchtime for carrot, peppers, cucumber and tomatoes as it was getting too sweet for me! I am still eating about 10 portions of fruit and veg a day, just swapped some fruit for veg, as 5 portions of fruit is perhaps too much natural sugar. I am still sticking with my apple and bannana daily - also they keep longer than the soft fruits so make shopping easier!
I really need to declutter my wardrobe, as so much space is taken up with stuff that is too big, I started off in September size 20/22 and am now size 14/16. I am always going to be a size bigger on top due to having major abdominal surgery 15 years ago and ending up with an incisional hernia, the hernia was surgically repaired but still left me with a smaller bulge, it is now considered repaired as I am not at risk of my insides getting stuck and loosing blood supply, any further surgery would be considered cosmetic and therefore private - i would also not want to go through another operation of that type, unless medically necessary!! I am not complaining as the initial surgery was necessary to save my life!
Hubby loves my new shape - although misses the larger boobs - and states he will be the fatter one on the beach (but won't join in with my eating plan) he is not really that overweight but could do with loosing a few pounds, but I love him just as he is.
To all of you wonderfull people keep on with your plans - we can all achieve our goals!!

Evening all, thanks Blue_Doggy will read and digest. And as for staying on plan it went totally out of the window this morning. Had to pop into Mr T Express to get something for a poorly neighbour and 2 Reese' s chocolate eggs jumped into my basket and then into my mouth!!
Beat myself up directly after but remembered my post this morning. I'm only human........who loves peanut butter.
Tomorrow is another day.

Alas I can't weigh in today... the batteries are going on my scales... or by some miracle I've now only weigh 4 stone. But I have a feeling it's the batteriesHad a takeaway yesterday (crispy duck and sweet and sour pork), it was a much needed treat and tasted lovely. Obviously, going to have to do some extra exercise to balance that one out.B-Crackers, cheese and grapes (no bread left)L-Carrot and butternut squash soupS-Cottage pieGrocery budget in 2023 £2279.18/£2700Grocery budget in 2022 £2304.76/£2400Grocery budget in 2021 £2107.86/£2200Grocery budget in 2020 £2193.02/£2160Saving for Christmas 2023 #15 £ 90/ £3658

Good evening everyone
honey I hope you’re feeling a lot better today, very well done on getting out for a couple of miles yesterday 👏
sillyvixen what a wonderful post! Congratulations on losing so much weight 👏👏 and how lovely to be able to get rid of “big clothes”.
I was rather down this morning, and really really really wanted a big jam doughnut from the local bakerybut managed to fight the feeling and had a dish of skyr instead
then got myself busy cleaning the washing machine - yesterday I washed the dogs’ towels and bedding, so needed a clean machine for my own laundry today.
Today’s food (rather a fishy day!)
B - bacon & eggs
L - salad of tinned herring in mustard sauce with lambs lettuce and chopped fennel; tangerine
D - fish fingers with mixed veg; cinnamon yogurt
S - dish of skyr“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Evening all 👋. I seem to have intermittent internet although no phone, so hopefully I'll get this typed before it drops again.
Well done on the 2lb Patentgirl 👏
Blue Doggie I heard on older gentleman comment as we were leaving 'well that was different' 😁 but I don't think anyone left. I would say worth going to see if the NT live do an encore.
That's a great decrease in size Silly Vixon my wardrobe contains clothes size 12 to 22 with some too big and unfortunately a lot too small 🤦🏻♀️ I'm top heavy (thanks mum) so my tops are usually two sizes bigger than my bottoms
My original plans to meet a sister in Chichester was cancelled so my sister who lives local to me and I tried out the new Turkish restaurant in town for lunch, very nice but large portions, I only had a main course and currently I'm still not hungry so no dinner. I'm not going to think how many calories at least I chose the rice and not chips although I did steal one from my sister 🐖 it was worth every bite and only a slimline tonic
