Feeling positive today
I had a day 100% on plan yesterday, and have found a spot for my active 10 :T We always arrive at school early as we leave early enough to get to nursery and allow for traffic etc. We've always gone for a little walk to pass the time, but if we step up the pace, then there is my active 10 done :T So that was ticked off yesterday as well.
I had a splitting headache yesterday (probably sugar withdrawal!) so I've had a more substantial breakfast this morning (rice pudding and fruit) which will hopefully stave it off today.
2 parcels posted for DH this morning. 3 out of my 4 listings are selling so that's good. I filled up my car yesterday in case fuel prices go up with all the uncertainty in the middle east. That should do me for this month. A full tank always seems to last me longer than topping up little bits at a time."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Happy New Year Jwil!
Just a thought, but it may be worth talking to your GP regarding gym membership / SW membership. I have heard of people being prescribed membership to these where losing weight has a significant impact on their health - both physical and mental. I guess it varies dependant on area but definitely worth a chat.
Good luck with everything- I’ll be cheering you on x1 -
I weighed in yesterday and  :eek: is all I'm going to say.1

Thank youI had heard about that, and thought about asking my doctor, but when I went I was already going to SW and so I don't think they'd fund me as I told them. I'd love to do the gym but realistically I don't know when I'd go. My doctor also definitely seemed of the opinion I should be outdoors more too.

Thank youSadly it didn't last long. Someone bought in some chocolates at work, I had one, and it unleashed the beast.
