I'm still feeling positive at the moment :T

We had a good weekend, took a lot of stuff to the tip and charity. All the big pile of clothes is gone along with a few other things. The kids both did really well with their swimming and dancing lessons, so that was also really positive.

I have been keeping up with my active 10. Just leaving it at one at the moment, until that becomes automatic, and then will up it to 2 once that's a habit. Although I do walk a lot, I don't walk 'briskly' enough. The active 10 is walking at a brisk pace. It is helping me to pick up the pace which will be good in the long run.

The training your appetite book is really helping me too, I think it's because it's written by a psychologist rather than a dietician. I think if I keep following it, it will help me change some of my bad eating habits. It's certainly worked this weekend. I've been completely on plan and have even been able to have a small bar of chocolate each day without turning into a monster and scoffing several!

    • Complete 4 x full body workouts - 1/4
    • Finish taking anti-depressants (GP approved) nearly done :T
    • Complete 1 x mindfulness activity each day - mostly
    • Listen to weightloss therapy each day - not quite

There's definitely something in it! I've been stressed at work the last couple of days and so the chocolate monster has reappeared :( I think I'm getting there with the project now though so hoping to rein it back today!

    Hello everyone :)

Been busy the last few days. There seems to be a lot going on and work is busy again. Trying to get on top of everything.

I lost 2.5lb at SW last week :T Not feeling very motivated though. The chocolate monster is still lingering. I'm still trying to make the effort to eat bigger meals and snack less though. Not perfect, but every time I succeed is better than none.

Went out to get something from the freezer the other day to find out it had been left partly open for god knows how long :( It hadn't been completely open and had still been working so nothing had completely defrosted, it's more like there was big blocks of ice and lots of snow in there! I haven't thrown anything away except some icecream and some ice, but am making sure everything else is cooked and used up this week. So definite savings on the grocery bill, and a defrosted freezer which is now empty and needs refilling when payday comes.

I've received come cat food to test :T Not sure the cat will be impressed though :rotfl:

DH has sold a few things on ebay, more bulky bits to go :T

I'm not doing particularly well with my tight budget, but do have my spending spreadsheet set up now and am recording everything :T

I've made a start on clearing paperwork and am starting to look at our pension provision so we can see what we need to do to retire early :D

Whilst sorting out paperwork, I've discovered that one of my creditors did not send me all the paperwork I requested when I CCA'd it. Unless they sent it on afterwards and I find it in the rest of the paperwork I've got to sort, it will mean that debt is unenforceable and I might have a chance of a good settlement with that one :T :T
