Little jwil is back to school on Monday thankfully! Hopefully he will stay negative. We've been asked to test daily if possible for the next few days.
That's a relief though as I have a very hectic week next week as my relatives are moving back down and I've got lots of helping to do. It will be amazing though.
I had my GP appointment yesterday, I've got to have a blood test and then go back for an in person consult in a couple of weeks. Fingers crossed it's nothing.
I'm glad it's the weekend. It's Christmas tree time 🎄🎄 I think I ordered the last few things I needed yesterday, so when they arrive will wrap them up and then we can chill!
I opened the freezer of the fridge freezer this afternoon, and the drawer cracked all down the front. Another drawer already doesn't have a front, so I'm thinking it's time to get that replacement after all. Might see if we can hold out for January sales. It's 16 years old, so has lasted reasonably well."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney2 -

We've put up all the christmas decs this weekend, so it's nice to have all the lights on
The house is looking relatively clean and tidy too which is always good for the soul!
I'm only in the office 2 days this week, and I'll be trying to juggle that and sorting out blood test/collecting keys and removals. Very exciting though, we'll finally have some backup.
I'm looking forward to the three days off - the kids will be in school (hopefully!) so I should have some time to myself, or hang out with my family.
I have the dentist this week too, hopefully just a checkup!
I've just done my car insurance quote and can get it for around £50 cheaper, so I need to phone up to haggle/cancel tomorrow.
Little jwil has been testing negative daily so hopefully it will continue! A few more cases have materialised in his year.
Hope everyone has had a good weekend."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney3 -
Sorry Jwil have I missed something? You mentioned keys, removals and backup?Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

My family are moving back down. I have to manage things from this end as it's a 2 day trip. It will be nice to have them close again, and it will be really handy to have someone to call on when we need them (and vice versa!). We've never had anyone close to us for help/emergencies etc. So whilst we've managed fine, it will just be nice to have some backup there every now and again. And of course, more importantly, it will be lovely to have them close to spend time with them."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney3

I'm very jealous about tiny jwil's party that you just got to turn up to! That is fantastic. I've never heard of a company that does all of it like that. Sounds like a brilliant party too! Very jealous. And then even more jealous you are sorted for christmas. I have managed to sort out kids but not all the adults.Best of luck with managing the family move! Nothing like taking on someone else's stress! Hope it all runs smoothly. xxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000
