I've got a blooming cold today. It's not too bad, and I've tested negative on LFT. We are out carol singing tonight, so I shall mask up!
My new vacuum cleaner looks great, it's smaller and quieter than the previous one, and a tad more effective considering the dust and hair it picked up from a very small patch of carpet that I'd hoovered the day before! 😱 I was hoping to go around the house today, but work was busy and I had a little nap at lunchtimeso I haven't managed to.

A nap sounds nice - the cold doesn't. Hope you feel better soon. Glad the vacuum is working well.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thank you
I've received £5 today in amazon vouchers from RM for one of the surveys, and also got my Christmas stamps the other day. That was a nice bonus as I've declined to go back on the panel this time. I'm not sure if I'll do it again, but I'll wait for them to kick me off so I can do the easier surveys.
PA is also being quite good for me at the moment, and I'm racking up points on One poll, so should be able to cash out on those as well. It all helps get the mortgage down, and anything I can reduce before they put interest rates up will all help.
DH sold one item that was on Buy it now, I hadn't stopped those. It's another thing gone. His auctions go back on tomorrow to end on Christmas Day - that's always been a good sales day for us.
Not much else to report. Roll on Friday!"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney2 -

I've had my letter from the GP telling me I've been diagnosed with pre-diabetes so it doesn't look like they will be repeating the blood test. I've got an appointment on Monday to discuss the original reason I went, and then another phone appointment at the end of the month with the diabetes nurse. Happy days!
I've had another good day on PA so have a lot waiting to be approved.
Half day tomorrow, so I'm going to have to get up early to get everything finished. Then two weeks off, hurrah!
Hope everyone is well"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney3 -
2 weeks off sounds great.
Well done on the surveys.
Hope you manage to reverse the pre diabetes. It's often doable with diet and exercise. I need to sort mine tooAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
