Hurrah I'm off for a few days now!
I've been on a course on Carbon Literacy today which was so fascinating and a little alarming too! It was very intense so I'm shattered.
I've not got any real plans for these few days. We want to go and see the moon display if we can, but other than that, not too much. Our cases are through the roof at the moment, so I don't fancy being around people too much. I'm not sure if I am eligible for a booster, but if I am, it will be 6 months from my 2nd jab next week.
I am going to look at a house tomorrow on behalf of my relatives. Feeling a bit under pressure, but will take care to look carefully.
I had a letter from the creditor which wrote off my debt earlier this year. It said my account was in credit and I hadn't contacted them about getting a refund. I had no idea about it, and why are they offering me a refund when they've just written off £8k worth of debt??? I decided to phone them, and it took up my whole lunchbreak as they were trying to find someone who knew about it 🙄. However, apparently the last payment I made must have coincided with them closing the account, so I am due a refund of £11I'm not sure why they didn't keep it, but I'll have the £11 if they insist!

Hello everyone
Payday tomorrow hurrah!
I had a nice few days off, we didn't do much, but we did make it to Wells to see the moon display! It was great. Other than that we just chilled. I've been feeling a bit grotty but think it's a combination of hormones and eating too much rubbish. I've eaten very little fruit and veg in the last couple of weeks, so need to get back to better habits!
Just doing the financials, I've had an expensive month with MOT, Service and now 2 tyres which DH got done for me today. I've been getting organised for Christmas too, so have been spending for that. I'm hoping that I can get done and then calm down on the spending again for a while and build up those pots properly. My savings are still growing but I do dip into the easily accessible ones!
I'm getting close to being under £100k on the mortgage, that will be a very exciting barrier to breach!
I had a lovely surprise yesterday, I went to work and came home to find that DH had almost cleared the spare bedroom! It is getting closer."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney6 -
