I tried quite a few different tablets before I found one that worked but when it did work it made a huge difference. There are times when I'm better or worse than others but it takes the edge off. I would give it another go... Failing that perhaps try St Johns Wort, Kalms etc and see if they helpAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I don't think I can take St Johns Wort as I know it interacts with the pill, so I don't want to risk it with the implant. I think I've got some Kalms somewhere, will have a look - thank you for the prompt!
I am going to make an effort with my book, and if things haven't brightened in a month or two once the weather improves, I will go back again."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney7 -
Well I've had a pretty good weekend mood-wise. I finished a big high-pressure task on Thursday which meant on Friday I could catch up on a few things at work - I think that's made a bit of a difference. I've made sure I've not looked at my work emails this weekend as well. Trying to ensure I'm fully switched off.
Little miss and I went into town yesterday for a wander whilst little jwil and DH went to a birthday party. It was nice just to mooch about, we went to the library and picked her gift for little jwil's birthday.
I've done a bit of decluttering and a bit of tidying. A few listings for DH. The sun came out for a few minutes yesterday and today which was lovely to see.
I'm just about to start on a new book I got for my birthday - Susan Calman's 'Sunny side up' - it looks like it will be good. I really like her as well, and enjoyed her series Secret Scotland too.
Hope everyone is well"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney9 -

Just enjoyed some pancakes! My healthy eating has gone completely out of the window. Why can't I focus!
Work is busy but I'm managing to achieve stuff at the moment, so that's good. It's helpful doing the extra hours this week with DH being home.
I just read 'When Hitler stole pink rabbit' by Judith Kerr. I spotted it in the library the other day and whilst I recognise it, I hadn't ever read it. I loved it and will look for the other two now.
DH has prepped a lot of stuff to ebay so hopefully we'll see some more stuff leaving soon.
Hope everyone is well."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney9 -
