Well done on the weight loss.
Had to reread one sentence to make sure I’d understood it correctly. I didn’t realise the Covid test was down the throat and up the nose! Hopefully not too uncomfortable.paydbx2025 #26 £890/£5000 . Mortgage start £148k June 23 - now £138k.

Tell your negative voice to go do one.
You and everyone else is entitled to a day off to recover and regroup every now and then. If was a friend's internal dialogue you would be wonderfully supportive, be your own friend.
If it was me and I could hold out I would get the better quality mattress.
The research sounds interesting.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

negative voice can DEFINITELY DO ONE.
IF you wouldn't say it to your best mate don't say it to yourself.
Also paint the alcove when you like!
Big love XXXNevertheless she persisted.14 -

Oh Beanie - I'm so sorry to hear about your boys. It's so awful when it happens and both so close together. You must be absolutely devastated - sending you all of the love in the world
When our Tuxy cat died I bought a glass ornament of a sleeping cat that looks exactly like her. I love it but it still makes me cry every time I look at it. They are family...
I had another grotty night of sleep last night. Came down and settled on the sofa at 5am and got another couple of hours. Definitely blaming the mattress nowI think an expensive mattress is a good investment so will hang on until my holiday refund arrives then look into it.
I'm pleased to report that normal service has pretty much resumed. When I finally got off my bum this morning I made a cuppa, washed the dishes and hung the washing out. Then I cracked on with painting the alcove. As I had suspected it was much quicker than I was telling myself yesterday. Got the telly and electrics moved and untangled without breaking anything - hopefully I can do the same when putting them back. The first coat is busy drying and I am almost out of paint so I might have to fudge the second coat and only paint where people will see... I do have another tub of paint in the same colour but I don't want to open it just for a second coat in an alcove.
Have spoken to bestie via text - I was going to head over now but both kids are still in bed so clearly not. I might get both coats done and the stuff put back before I even see them. Then we're all heading over to bestie's so I can see her, ds can see his bestie (her ds) and dd can question her about life working in the nhs. Thank goodness for lockdown so there's nothing spoiling if we're 3 hours later than we planned to be.Not giving up

Great idea of using your holiday refund for a new mattress CCL. A good night's sleep is priceless.
We have used our cancelled holiday money from our cruise in March to refurb the kitchen. Keeping cupboards because the price scares me but new sink worktops and fooring. We have painted walls ceiling all cupboard doors and the very eighties tiles with a new type of chalk paint we have discovered and it looks like a completely different room. I am sure it will last longer than the feeling of a two week holiday and because we had already spent the cash it feels as though it's a free refurb.14
