CCL re DSs hair, just take a little bit off & see if you can get a feel for it, frequent tiny tiny amounts can be adjusted and will eventually get it back towards something respectable- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
- Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps14 -
Forget respectable.... Go full on Mohawk! Dye it, do whatever they want while they don't have to follow school rules. I What does DS want to do with it? What does DD want to do with hers? He could go back with a ponytail!Having said that, I must shave DS4s undercut or it is going to get tricky.I don't mind punk, I do mind haystack.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Ditto on the not-wanting-to-adult or at the very least, wanting a co-adult-person to share the time and load with. A day at a time though eh? xx

Good morning from school! I'm playing my key worker role. Of course there's very little actual learning going on but we're all having a nice chat and catching up with what we have been doing over the past week. We've been out for a little walk about school in the sun because thankfully, nobody could get the big screen working for us all to do PE with Joe this morning (thank god for that).
I've managed to get quite a bit of work done as well while the kids have done their allocated task for the day. It's actually quite nice to get out of the house. I've also managed to cadge a can of compressed air from the caretakers here to see if I can manage to fix the issue with my car windscreen jet. I really hope so because the last thing I want or need to do at the moment is have to pay to have the car in the garage just to clear out the windscreen washers because we're all locked down and the car isn't going anywhere. I'm going to have a go at breaktime and see whether that does anything. Please cross fingers because the pin didn't work yesterday.
Left the kids a list of jobs to do while I'm at work - wonder how much of that is going to get done? I guess not much. It's bed changing day, and I hung a load of washing out before I came to work this morning. I have an online meeting as soon as I get home this afternoon and then I will see about teaching my children something.
Just had breaktime and the compressed air didn't work so think I'm going to have to give up and ring the garage. Could cry...
Not giving up

Time to take back control

How about seeing if there is a mobile mechanic nearer to you. Could be cheaper?9
-
Also have you got RAC/ AA cover as maybe they would sort out the problem?9
-
Or ask your dt technician?
