Nice windfall DIA and great news on the CC bill (or lack thereof!). A little bit of financial security goes a long, long way. Particularly in times like these when there's so many worries to keep on top of.
Hope the four hours of working is going well! I like to set myself a target too with a reward at the end. It seems the best way to motivate myself. Hope it works. Happy Friday to you!

Hope the sun is out where you are tomorrow. I'm really enjoying sitting out in the garden. We bought lots of garden furniture last year but our best buy was a plastic storage bench. We've moved it under a couple of trees in natural shade so I can sit out any time of day.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks everyone
I popped in a chemist to weigh myself. I am three kilos down/half a stone. I am very pleased with that. I didn’t get on with the BSD as the 800 cal days left me anxious. I went back to minimal alcohol, avoiding crisps, cutting down on nuts, loads of fruit and veg and eating 18:6. My cycling again may have also helped. I’ve been doing 16:8 for about three weeks so pleased with that as it doesn’t feel like dieting. It is a slower way but that’s okay for me. Will keep going.
Veggie box arrived last night. Good stuff
Grocery shop was within budget. I now realise Mr L do YS goods too. I got loads of chopped
Cavallo Nero, a pack of minced turkey breast and a FR chicken all reduced. Also picked up the discount veggie/fruit box for £1.50 and some chocolate mini eggs
I feel like all the supplies are in so I can stay away from the shops for a bit thank goodness.
Yesterday I did an hour’s gardening but didn’t quite meet my work target although I got some done. No after dark cycle
I’ll be gardening again today at some stage. After six is a nice time for me.
Sitting in a VERY messy living area. So that needs addressing.
My cleaning system focuses on the bathroom and loo so will stick to that.
I’m going to research removing car as it is now just a source of annoyance.
Will do four hours work.
Have a good day everyone

Thanks bothIt gave me such a boost that I have upped my game as it was exciting to register a loss. Who knew the virus would be an incentive, but it is us fatties who have the worse outcomes so the more I can shed the better. I hope not to catch it at all but if I do I want to be in the best possible shape to deal with it.
