I have also stuck to my eating plan - and other than a brief craving for chocolate I've been fine. Better than expected.

I cycled to my little hardware shop for compost but he only had very small bags.
I went to the Mr M. for chocolate and free range chicken. No queue at 8.30.
Washing done and out drying
Today the gardeners came. To be fair quite a bit had already been done. However the council charge £30 for 3 items to be taken away and the gardener took the 3 items so the overall cost to me wasn't too great. Plus the garden looks very clear. And some junk I used to trip over has gone. He can now power wash so if I can get my outside tap sorted he will do that next time. I hope I am able to get them back in the Autumn
Another boring headache.
Going to clean the patio doors inside and out.
I have a chair in the garden so I plan to sit out and have a cup of tea in the shade created by my neighbour's hideous extension wall (every cloud and all that)
I hope you are all having a lovely day
