Well done on clearing lots of weeds, I love bluebells. It's good that your cycling is making you fitter 🚴‍♀️.
Delivery charges do seem higher at the moment and that's if you can get a slot!

I tried an online order last night. A 2 hour wait and when I was through the slots for delivery had gone. I used to get deliveries for £1.99, now the charge is £6.99 but under the circumstances I'll have to suck it up as there is still stuff I need.  ...

Thanks DIA, I may try them. 

I have been getting up early and going to the key worker supermarket slots, as the queues look enormous and I can't take that much time out of a working day.  If the online slots are still unavailable I guess I will continue.

Not sure about very fit as I started from a poor starting point I'm afraid but I am pleased with my progress. I'm also gardening and digging and tilling the garden beds and weeding is very hard work so combined I'm not doing too badly

Thats's a big jump in a delivery charge!😱. Is that because your order is in peak time now or just because they can hike the fee due to over subscribing customers?

The delivery charge is for any time of delivery. Going to try Mr A as it feels like that bit too much but if I can't get anything else I'll just have to put up with it as slots are hard to come by.

I seem to settling into a routine I like as yesterday I got stuck into the work but also did a fair bit of gardening. Gardening is harder work than I expected but I am still enjoying it. Today I've done a good hour but will do more later when the sun has gone down. 

I've gone back to burning oils. Today: grapefruit and rosemarie.

I made a raw food box and a tahini, lemon and toasted blue poppy seed dressing. I'm doing a tray bake with leeks, potatoes, garlic, and chorizo. Will have with salad

A bill to pay and meter readings to send in. Then working through to the early afternoon.

I will do an online yoga or dance class but no outside exercise today just lots of gardening.

You're doing amazingly well DIA 😼. You are getting fitter without even realising . Things are getting done in abundance , and great progress all round . You should be very proud ..
