Sounds like you're going great guns DIA! Lots of frogs eaten, plenty of exercise and positivity. I think it's particularly nice to see you getting good use out of your bike now you have it sorted. I bet it's making a lovely difference to getting out and about while the weather is nice and public transport is a no-go.
I'd be interested to hear about your growing once you get going on it. I'd love to grow a few edible things (even just herbs) but I've got a long track record of neglecting plants/flowers so it'd need to be something super low maintenance and I suppose stuff that we'd actually use regularly. Hope it goes well!

There's gonna be sunshine all week 🌝. Plenty of time to carry on the garden tasks .

How's your work going during this time of upheaval?Fixing the bike was a good move. Really enjoying it and its a great help with no public transport.
Still waiting for my seeds. I also have a long track record of neglecting plants/flowers. I am choosing VERY EASY things to grow. Prepping the garden but will let you know when I get going.
Work wise? It could be better, but it has been lots worse. Strangely now the whole of the UK is struggling to WFH I am finding it easier. No idea why??If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

I think it is the accumulation of all the small irritants that I encounter every day that deplete my energy. Just opening my cupboard and seeing everything at a glance and being able to glide open and closed as it isn’t stuffed full is calming. Anyway here are my small irritants dealt with today:
Lightbulb cord cleaned and nasty orange bulbs replaced for whiter ones in 2 rooms
Broken bath chain removed and binned
Cutlery all separated in different pots
Resolved an issue on my computer outstanding for 2 years. YAY
My tech confidence is growing so my next tech FROG will be to get going on FaceTime and make a FaceTime call as a friend living abroad has a birthday.
Ventured out and ended up buying L1ndt chocolate. Felt guilty…Came out of store and the food bank were collecting so gave them the chocolate. Disaster averted for me
Lovely flowers in my 1950s coffee pot with a stem in the sprout. Looks beautiful. The roses and alstromeira were reduced £9 of flowers for £3
MSE
And definitely essential
Checked an account I feared was overdrawn but no, £20 left. Phew!
Enjoyed the sunshine and even enjoyed talking with the checkout girl.

I thought FaceTime was free like Skype. Is it a tariff type thing? If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

I will do it from my laptop to my friend who lives abroad who will use her phone...or she could receive the call on her laptop if one is free and the other is not?If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
