I had to have two mri's at the end of last year, not fun at all. So feel for you there.
Glad you have the windows done, sometimes making things look better is worth the hassle and hopefully seeing your house look nicer (even just from the outside) will lift the mood.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉8 -
I also am looking to finish off the bathroom this year, this quarter in fact, or at least get the ball rolling, when I got the new 3 piece in I didn’t know what I wanted to do with the rest of the room, I have now decided I want to wet wall the rest of the walls so going to get joiner friend round to have a look. Spot lights possibly and get new flooring down, it is plywood at the minute.

Hope you got some rest over the weekend and Chiara has not caused any havoc. I am enjoying reading about the house plans and ideas. How big are your outbuildings?6

Hoping for positive results from the MRI scan

I also want my bathroom completely redone.savingholmes said:Hi DIA - you are making great progress on things that have built up for years. Hopefully with each step you can feel a little freer. I couldn't use my study for a year or two until last summer as it was over waist high in boxes and bags. Just since August it had reaccumulated a layer of boxes and bags so can relate. This time we are putting a new bed in it and hoping that helps make the difference. I think it will.
SH you are right these things have built up for years! I also think putting a bed in is a good idea. I am working on zoning my rooms and starting to use each room for the purpose it was designed for. Get that bed in there! If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

You are right, the MRIs are awful. I hope that's over...

I don’t like this new website and noticed I am posting less. I suppose I will get used to it.
I am having a difficult time with overall stiffness. I think swimming might help but the faff of swimming does not appeal. I went to enquire and there are particular times. Tomorrow afternoon is a session. Hmmm. Got to try. I remember when I hurt my back many years ago. I swam every lunch time and it got better.
I have a lamb bone and some veggies begging to be used so will throw in lentils and make some soup this morning.
This afternoon I have a pedicure at the training school. It will be good to have feet that look and feel nice. If anyone has a beauty school near to them go! It is so much cheaper and they are being tested so they work hard to impress.
I’m not working this week at all as I don’t feel up to it, just going to concentrate on looking after myself. Work and house jobs can wait a week I think.
I hope you are all having a good day
